10/10Amazing little treasure of a restaurant! We went out of our way to eat here as I am gluten intolerant, and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and what a joy to find a menu where I could eat anything and everything! The young ladies catering to us were friendly and very helpful. The ambience is very low-key and vibey, and although there was a loud party above us, one of our servers offered to shut their door to help with the noise.

4.5/10This restaurant was a great find for gluten free feinds but it was a let down in taste and reservation request. In short I had made a restaurant prior to my visit to the restaurant and the staff did not have me in their system - despite booking online. The staff were accommodating my friend and I with a table but it was rushed and they did not offer to rectify the error in our desired seating place. The mid evening was quite serene and active inside. The food menu -which was the main drive for our outing; was disappointing to say the least and short. The cocktails were a nice start to the evening and the nachos for starters were piled high with dips and a variety of chips. The best part of the meal was the cocktails at happy hour and great to share among friends. So I would not recommend this venture to friends who are hungry but only for pre- drinks quality, kind staff and transformative interior.

9/10Staff were very nice and attentive, food was excellent and the fact that all is gluten free is such a relief. Music was a bit too loud but the staff made sure to lower the volume of the speaker near were we sat (still was a bit loud).

9.5/10Extremely friendly staff. They looked after and entertained my pensioner mum even though it's a pretty young place. Excellent value made even better with the offer on Fork.

Near & Far Camden brings a touch of retro Californian vibes to Camden. With its palm trees and desert shades, the site is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Camden Market. Set over 4 floors, the venue offers a gorgeous lounge, complete with a neon sign and vintage furniture, 2 bars, a desert themed dining area and a stunning roof terrace which is heated and covered and perfect for all weather. The food menu is inspired by the flavours of California with fusion dishes that reflect its diverse culture, from Mexican to Italian and Japanese. Best of all, everything on the menu is 100% gluten-free! The drinks menu includes loads of quirkily named cocktails, gluten-free beers (including non-alcoholic varieties), juices and wine. This is the perfect venue for a weekend brunch, cosy date night dinner and cocktails, pre-show pick me ups (it's located close to the Roundhouse), private parties and celebrations. DJs are on the decks from Friday to Sunday, playing a dreamy holiday-esque mix of laidback house, Balearic vibes, disco and party tunes.
About the restaurant
Near & Far London opened its first site in Peckham in December 2017, a new cocktail bar brand from Bar 6 Group. Following its success, we opened our flagship site, Near & Far Camden in March 2019. The concept is inspired by world travels, import and export, and particularly Palm Springs, with its desert-meets-oasis aesthetic. Expect lush greens, palm trees, gorgeous wallpaper, neon signs and desert shades.
Our venues serve quirky signature cocktails, fine wines, top notch coffee and a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks, plus delicious food options at each of our sites. We set the scene for a laidback party environment with DJs playing everything from Latin house and disco, to reggae and Afrobeat.
