6/10We felt rushed even though the restaurant was quiet. Mains turned up while we were only halfway through our starters and there wasn’t room on our table for everything.

9.5/10Great little unpretentious Vietnamese cafe/restaurant. Not fancy inside or out, but don't let that put you off. The service is rapid and courteous, and more importantly the food is authentic and tastes great!! Good value too, for Central London and two mins walk from Marylebone.

9.5/10This restaurant provides excellent food and the staff members are friendly and professional. The only issue is with the Fork system - the IT wasn’t working when I wanted to modify the booking from 4 persons to 3 persons and I have found that there is no way of contacting the Fork about their IT problem or booking modification.

2/10Small place, 6 tables. Told the lady we had a booking, and she didn't care whatsoever. Service was abysmal--you can tell when someone doesn't even want to be there. Pho noodles are INSTANT! WHAT??? Very bizarre texture. The pho bo tai beef was sliced in thick chunks, and completely flavorless. We ate some of the broth, but dipping the beef in sriracha and hoisin didn't work out because they both tasted off, somehow. I don't think you could find worse Pho if you hunted for it. I felt embarrassed for them. 50 pounds, and I stopped at the co-op for a snack afterwards. When have you EVER heard such a thing after leaving a Pho restaurant? They usually need to roll me home after a big bowl of delicious Pho. I don't know what this place is, but I'll never go back. I doubt they'll be around long anyway.

8.5/10Food quality was excellent although decor was slightly bland and service was not particularly attentive. However I think for this price point and nature of the restaurant, the level of service is to be expected. The quality of the broth for the noodle soup was particularly commendable.

7.5/10The pho soup was decent but not as flavorful as I was hoping. They didn’t offer the typical sauces I expect at a Vietnamese restaurant, whether a chili sauce or hoisin like sauce. The beef stir fry was tasty. My daughter loved the homemade lemonade. Service was fine by our server, but another associate was brusque at cleaning up, making it feel like we should be quicker at eating and leaving.

7/10Food was ok/good - but ambience was non-existent. I was eating alone and was placed at an inappropriate table. I asked to move to another table (there were at least 4 other empty tables) and was told that if a larger group came in I would need to move. I was then charged £1 for a takeaway box which was the nail in the coffin. Wouldn't return!

3/10One of us asked for a big bowl so that she could eat her food easier and waiter says her boss doesn’t allow it. A bowl?!!! After all the food we ordered they couldn’t give us one bowl so we can eat easily. What nonsense and terrible service! Never been to such a terrible venue and was very embarrassing for the host inviting her guests. Will never step into this place again.

9.5/10A great find. Excellent, authentic Vietnamese cooking from a varied menu. Friendly service. Restaurant almost full at 7pm says it all. Highly recommended !

6/10OK little place, we chose it for proximity to Cockpit Theatre, and expectation of low prices. This did not turn out to be the case, we paid much more than expected. But service was good, ambiance was basic, food was ok.

10/10Yummy food, friendly staff. Fried ice cream and fried flat rice noodles was a favorite! Nice little restaurant - we were sat near the door and didn’t feel the cold at all.
