7/10Very nice food. A large menu reasonably priced. However, this small restaurant does need to improve management skills. We were not impressed with an attempt to serve our main course whilst we were eating our starters. Additionally, we saw an annoyed customer leaving when told that his reservation couldn’t be honoured as there were other customers that arrived before him, and may have been luckier if he had arrived before his booked time. It was clear from the comments from the restaurant staff after he left that they thought the customer was being unreasonable, as they stated how could he expect table when other customers come in and take his table. Maybe some lessons to be learnt, if I am not expecting too much.

8.5/10Booked as close to destination and our love of Asian food. Restaurant is small but comfortable. It was cold so when the door opened we got a blast of cold air. Menu has a great selection, We shared 2 starters which were perfect and a main each. My Katsu Curry was fantastic. Food was very good. Lots of take away custom for a lunch time so people certainly use New Bangkok often. Price was reasonable, even let ride the 12% tip that was added without consultation (this is not America).

7/10The food was okay, the starters were lovely. The main was a little disappointing - the noodles were rubbery and tough. It’s a really small venue, so a birthday party celebration really felt noisy and encroached on our evening. The service was okay the staff were friendly.

10/10Had a fantastic meal at New Bangkok in Hammersmith! If you're looking for delicious, authentic Thai food, this is the place to go. The food was absolutely perfect - full of flavour and spice (just the way I like it!). The portions were really generous too, and I especially appreciated that everything was served piping hot. So many places serve lukewarm food, but not here! They also have a nice selection of wines to choose from, and the service was friendly and quick. This is the ideal spot to grab a bite before a show at the Eventim Apollo. Highly recommend!

7.5/10A decent meal where the food, by and large, was very good, particularly the chicken satay. However the service was a bit erratic (it took ages to get the right bill) and the seat I had was blighted by an icy blast as the door constantly opened.

9.5/10New Bangkok while unassuming from the street has exceptional Thai cuisine provided by chef Michael. The Tamarind duck made an excellent meal with salad. Also the Hammersmith location is easily accessible.

8/10We ordered Pad Thai and was very nice, good size plate & presentation, right temperature and flavour. Desserts in the menu were mostly not available and the ones we ordered a bit overpriced for what they were.

9/10We used it as pre-theatre for the Apollo. Its a few minutes from the Apollo. Small but the food is excellent. No alcohol licence so take your own wine or beer and they charge corkage of £1.50 excellent

8.5/10Went for a pre concert meal. Was not aware they didn't have a drinks license, but not a problem as a convenient store next door. Bought our bottle of wine and glasses on the table when we returned. All the food was hot & was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

9.5/10Had a lovely meal, everything was really tast and we were pleasantly surprised by the Japanese menu but our chicken katsu donburi was delicious and beautifully crispy. Will absolutely be back!

9.5/10We received a very friendly welcome and attentive service throughout. The restaurant is small and cosy and the food is excellent. A number of the desserts were unavailable but the frozen yoghurt was delicious. The bill was so low that we did not remind them of the promised discount.
