10/10Really one of the best Indian meals that I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. The naan breads were so fresh and really tasty too. Great value for money with the wednesday deal. Staff were very attentive.

10/10From entering the restaurant to leaving we had first class service,we were treated as if we were the only table there!!!. The food was excellent and all 4of us are seasoned diners of Indian cuisine. I am more than happy to recommend this establishment and will definitely be returning. Roy Barron

10/10We were in thetford for the weekend and did a walk around the town. We came upon the New Saffron was a true find. The food was amazing and the service immleciable. Will certainly be back if we come to Thetford again

8/10New Saffron is a beautiful, clean restaurant. The food was great, specifically the onion barji starter and peshwari naans. The curry was good but I've eaten much better. The staff were excellent. Couldn't ask for more friendly, professional or attentive staff. Prices are aversge expected for an indian. We were very warm but that's just us anyway. Overall we had a delicious meal and a wonderful time.

10/10The new premises are more spacious however just as cosy atmosphere. Very welcoming . Food was excellent as was the service . Most certainly be returning, as they are keeping the lemonchello on the desert menu.

10/10W have always supported the New Saffron for many years. Now in a new location. It is so much bigger and more attractive. Pleased to see the fish tank is still a big part. We will return to the new restaurant. Thank you because it was my 68th birthday and also our 42nd Wedding Anniversary. A very nice evening.

8/10Very welcoming. Good selection of food. Enjoyed everything except the prawn biryani which was awful. The dish was not aromatic, hardly any prawns, it contained a mass of carrots and the rice was bright orange and not fluffy. If I hadn’t ordered it I would not have given it the name of biryani. Truly one of the worst dishes I have ever been presented with in an Indian restaurant.
