8.5/10The food today at Nonna’s was excellent as it always is in my experience however the service was very poor. We had to wait a long time between courses - I understand that the restaurant is always busy, as it was today, however, the slow service was very frustrating.

The service was equally impressive—efficient, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel well cared for throughout our meal. 10/10Superb, welcoming service of excellent food. The restaurant area is amazing & upcoming evening events are very tempting. No rushing of us which is refreshing. 3rd time here, 10/10 on each occasion and, without doubt, for all future visits. Thank you all & well done.

10/10We took our daughter in law with my 2 grandchildren this time and they thoroughly enjoyed the meal, their dessert was lovely as they could choose themselves from a very big range of ice cream or pastries. My granddaughter is dairy free and she was so happy to have a good choice of flavours . Will definitely come again.

10/10Another great evening of entertainment but the menu once again was the star of the show. I don't often eat a pizza when I'm out but the Americano had just the right amount of heat. And as for the Salted Caramel mousse....exquisite!

6.5/10We were shown to a table. After waiting 15 minutes we asked a waiter if we could order drinks. 10 minutes later we still hadn’t been seen . A family was seated at a table next to ours and they were served immediately so we decided to leave without having our family meal. My brother had travelled from Cambridge to have a meal with us. I had told him how much we had enjoyed Nonna’s Kitchen in the past, so this was a huge disappointment.
