The staff were brilliant, Dave was funny and engaging and the owner was kind and accommodating, offering our friend whose engagement we were celebrating a complimentary cocktail. We had a really fun evening with good food.

Generally a good experience. The owner was very attentive and helped us choose our dishes, which was good for us as we don't eat tapas that often. The drinks service was a bit slow at the start but the food was lovely - hot, well cooked and tasty. Ole is a great place for a pre-theatre meal.

The food was OK. I was expecting better, steak was quite fatty. The atmosphere was good and the owner was lovely but I felt the waiting staff let him down. They took our food plates when we were not finished and they were just like robots. Didn't listen and kept bringing us the wrong plates

Unfortunately the service let our experience down. Very slow and forgotten orders. The food was just ok which was disappointing. The Manager was lovely and couldn’t do enough to try and make our experience good.

While I understand your concerns, I feel it’s important to clarify a few points. My team and I visited your table multiple times during your visit, and we were assured that the food was satisfactory. Paella, one of our signature dishes, is prepared fresh using imported ingredients from Spain, and its cooking time of around 35 minutes is crucial to delivering its authentic flavor. Additionally, your early arrival allowed us to prioritize and prepare your order on time. It is true that the restaurant became busier than anticipated, which may have impacted the timing of some drinks, and for this, I sincerely apologize. If there were any issues with the food or service, I wish you had brought them to my attention at the time. I would have done everything possible to address your concerns and ensure a better experience

Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service down to explaining the menu and telling us to stay as long as we wished. This was our first Spanish meal. We had a selection of tacos and then paella. All beautifully presented and the paella was superb. A lovely place for our family meet up which we would highly recommend.

Arrived early and staff made us welcome, food and drinks were amazing. After our meal the owner gave us complimentary drinks and chatted to us and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommended this restaurant 👍

The food was excellent. Very Iberian and the staff were really friendly. Which was good because we were the only diners, really quite unusual for the time of day!!

Serving staff need to more aware what you offer, they didn't know what was on menu, couldn't answer a couple of simple questions like do you sell Spanish brandy (Spanish restaurant!!!) Didn't know what a liquer coffee was or even if you sold them, dropped a glass of ice on my husband no apology and had to be told to bring a fresh glass not even offered a drink as compensation squid overcooked prawns no flavour and potato's bravas soft, mussels and mushrooms very tasty but overall not a good service unfortunately will not recommend or go back

We were asked where we wanted to sit (outside was not an option - shame). Beautifully decorated and we enjoyed a wide variety of dishes. We had a mixture of tapas and a mixed grill for the 5 of us. We had mentioned that it was my son’s birthday but it was still a surprise when they brought him out a free pudding and clapped out and sang happy birthday. The servers were hanging around. One dish didn’t arrive but they took it off the bill with no issue. Enjoyed the meal and got a discount with The Fork and it was lovely to try out a new restaurant in Rochester.

Came here for our 8th wedding anniversary tonight.. the Service was fabulous everyone was very nice and helpful, Kiran was amazing. The food was incredible LOVED the bunelos and chichirron (sorry if spelling is wrong)
