6/10Food was only lukewarm. Mains came before we had finished the mixed starters, we still had several starters left to eat, so this was annoying. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted the mains then. This is poor customer service. My white wine was not chilled at all, after one sip I knew it was wrong. I had to ask for a different glass. The waitress obliged me but kept insisting the wine had been in a fridge. Well it wasn't cool enough. Check your wine fridge please and stop insisting your view if the customer says it isn't chilled it isn't hilled - please believe her. We had to ask for twice for our desserts and ask twice for a second glass of wine. Your wine is way overpriced @£15 for a glass of chablis! Service andcharge was too high considering the service wasn't very good. The dessert (baklava) didn't taste very nice and the cream it came with tasted cheesy, not in a good way. I won't come again & I won't invite a friend again. Disappointing overall. So-so food at a very high price.

7.5/10Tuna steak was too small and had lots of the white membrane in between each piece I ate but is was tasty. Slightly overcooked. Everything else was pretty good. Place was empty when we arrived, which made us skeptical but it filled up shortly afterwards.

3.5/10The service was terrible. We had to wait for so long to even get asked for water. After I asked the waitress for water she only got one bottle for 7 people. I again had to ask her to get more water. When we asked her about the food menu she didn’t even explain it properly. We wanted to order the fried calamari and we asked her how much was the portion, she said its enough for 2-3 people but when the food actually arrived it was only a small portion for 1-2 people max. We had to order the main courses the second time because she said 3 mains would be enough for 7 people. They took 25 mins to bring the main courses after the starters. No proper service, we had to call them so many times. They weren’t very attentive. We all wanted to have a really good time. But the servers and the whole experience just ruined it. The ambience was good, food was decent. But what’s the point when no one is really interested in attending the guests. We all are chefs, all 7 of us who were dining that day.

6/10Had a brunch but waiter assumes our food instead of confirming, and charged us for a £16 mixed salad than a £7 side. We disputed but only had £9 difference refunded instead of the full £18. Key considerations 1. Expensive 2. Lovely and modern, but service is poor 3. When waiter makes a customer feel in the wrong and assumes what you ordered, clear indication of poor communication and not fit for hospitality Overall, service is not there

4.5/10We ordered a starter and main course each One starter arrived and then 15 minutes later both main courses arrived We explained we were still waiting for a starter and they turned and took food away. I spoke to a manager or supervisor and he told me the waiter was new. No apology or explanation. The second starter arrived 20 minutes after first and then 2 main courses arrived which had obviously been sitting in kitchen and were cold. Disappointing and poor service made this a bad experience

10/10We arrived early and nothing was too much of a problem. Service was fabulous, and the food was the same. We had guests from overseas and they found the whole experience wonderful. Can't wait to return.
