10/10Had a lovely dining experience at One Twenty One Two! The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a nice evening out. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor — definitely recommend the [mention standout dish if applicable]! The service was also top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout. Would happily visit again! 😊

4.5/10Service was very slow. The food came out cooked at the wrong temperatures. We had to ask for plates for the bread. We had to ask several times for the dessert menu and it was very disappointing dessert. Overall not a high quality dining experience - food or service.

8.5/10We were very pleasantly surprised by the food, being a hotel restaurant. Prices were expensive, but very good with the 50% off food with the Fork. The cheapest white wine was £43 a bottle, which bumped up the cost of the lunch. We had scallops and prawns for a starter and it was delicious. Our lamb shoulder with couscous, sounded conventional, but it was very inventive and excellently prepared. Portions were significant too, which added to the value. There were a few blips with the service. We were given the wrong starters and during the dessert course, they had forgotten my husbands cheese plate, so I had finished my dessert before my husbands cheese came. That said, the staff were lovely, especially our waitress.

10/10A very smart restaurant and at the same time comfortably relaxed. The portion sizes were generous. The lamb main course was delicious, the risotto was a little disappointing. Overall we had a lovely Sunday lunch for four.

10/10Great food and good service, had a nice dinner there. We ordered Scallops Pan Seared as starter and 20oz Tomahawk Steak as a main course. Both are delicious. The steak was perfect for 2 people to share, it was so juicy and yummy, highly recommended.

10/10I wanted somewhere special to take my Australian granddaughter for dinner after an afternoon at the theatre and this restaurant ticked all the boxes. It was a memorable occasion for both of us as she had to start her long journey home to Australia the next day

6.5/10Food was good. The service was poor. Waitress initially poured a flat glass of champagne that obviously had been sitting for some time. She corrected with a new glass. She never came back to refill water and after 30 minutes of sitting after our meals were finished, had to let one of the staff know to clear plates and get the check. Did not want to explore desert and went across the street to another restaurant.

9/10Lovely peaceful and restful environment to sit having a lunch. Great service 1st class and the food was delicious. The only complaint was the rice pudding not flavoursome enough , lacked sweetness and spices. Everything else was awesome and good value for top notch food and drinks. Booking another lunch in December my friends and I loved it that much.

6.5/10It was a fake discount and mislead 50% discount on food , the final bill is a full price first to collect the max of service charge which is unacceptable, all the places where they offer 50% discount on food the service charge is billed on the final bill and not through supposed one , at the end the discount is not 50 but 37% discount !!! Totally mislead and never again this place !

10/10We had the tomahawk steak for two which was excellent, very nicely presented with some nice touches (sea salt, jus etc) and perfectly cooked to medium. Starters of scallops and graveldex (two things) also really good. Thanks to Vinod for looking after us.

10/10We had the Bottomless Brunch. The food was amazing. Had a choice between Prosecco, wine, beer or soft drinks. Mohammad kept us fully topped up with Prosecco, thank you.

7.5/10Even with the chaos of the London Mararthon and the fact that our waitress got the first thing wrong (wrong beer) the rest of the meal was really good. The salmon was done just right, as was the filet of beef (Tourando?). We would go again maybe when something not so crazy was happening nearby!

10/10We stayed at the Royal Horseguards hotel, and had the breakfast buffet here which was excellent. We also reserved for dinner the last night of our stay- it was excellent. Steaks were perfect and the risotto was spot on. The classy and relaxed ambiance with the attentive staff made it the perfect way to memorialize our perfect visit to London! So glad we ate here!

3/10Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever encountered at a supposedly fine dining restaurant. Waited for ages to have our order taken, people who came after us were served before, if the restaurant was packed I could understand but it was virtually empty. When our appetisers arrived, the scallops that we ordered were replaced by prawns. When this was questioned, we were told that the scallops had sold out, so they thought it OK to replace with prawns. Normally, you would be informed beforehand so that you could make a choice. However, normal doesn't apply in the case of this "restaurant" When the wine arrived it was opened and poured out without offering a taste before. Once again why stick to normal when a normal will suffice. After the first glass the waitress totally forgot that two of us were having wine and proceeded to just serve my partner and then put the bottle back on the side. Repeat after me why stick to normal when abnormal will do. The main course was average, the bread was cold, but at least the butter was spreadable. Fast forward to the end of a totally forgettable experience the £260 cash which was given to pay the bill was treated with scorn with the manager saying he only uses cash now to give to his daughter. Lucky girl wish someone would give me all their cash. It was my wife's birthday she will probably file for a divorce now!
