6.5/10Disappointed in the food probably not to my taste. Very expensive for what it was and limited menu choices. Overcharged on our bill for wine and charging for the mixed nuts at the bar seemed excessive. Atmosphere and decor both nice. The salad tomatoes were soft I would have thrown them out at home. Perhaps we just picked a poor night.

7/10Really good service maybe a bit too attentive because they were coming too often to our table to ensure all was fine. Excellent starter but the main course a bit disappointing. I had better Sunday roast at country pubs.

I had booked Orelle for my Fiancè 28th Birthday, I did request a Happy Birthday once his desert was out, but had nothing which was very disappointing considering how expensive the place is. The food was nice and actually place had stunning views however I feel the staff was a let down

9/10Superb food and views. Prix fixe excellent value. Erratic service. The food is superb. Perfectly prepared and presented. While the A la Carte is a tad pricey, the Prix Fixe is excellent value-even with supplements of £13, for the steak tartare and pork cutlet, £52 for a three-course meal is exceptional value. For a restaurant which has been open for some time the service, while pleasant and attentive, was erratic. My, and the adjacent table’s, cocktail seemed to be involved in a mix up with the waiter going back and forth between our tables and the bar. The red wine which I ordered with my starter had to be chased up several minutes after the starter had been served. Conversely, the white wine for my main course arrived a good fifteen minutes before my main course. The food, views and ambience compensated for these minor shortcomings

10/10restaurant as a whole couldn't fault however phoned the restaurant as running late because of parking issues they advised me to park at a carpark but failed to mention it closes at 10pm so now me and my newly partner are now stranded in Birmingham cheers

9.5/10The food was interesting and beautifully presented . Very tasty. Ambience was good- I went once before and I think the decor has been toned down a bit which I preferred. The service was excellent- attentive but not overly intrusive

5.5/10The service from arrival 40 mins ( the receptionist was partially unhelpful) to be seated at our table, only given daily menu, massive wait between started and main course, gave up on desert, to give you an idea of timing our reservation was 1pm at the end of our main course it was 4pm. Asked for service charge to be removed, and at no point did anyone from management came to discuss our concerns, poor show.

3.5/10Table was 12.15pm, waited 45mins to have our drinks order taken. Didn't receive our main courses until 1.45pm, food was not warm enough. Restaurant was quite cold too. So disappointing.

2.5/10Bad experience and not Worth 1: I made a booking through the fork and received a confirmation email already. However, I suddenly received an SMS link on Open Table asking me to pay a deposit on another app for a deposit, which made me super confused. 2: I informed the downstairs and upstairs waiter that the booking was on the Fork and had a discount menu, but they did not provide me with it until I asked. 3: The fork app clearly stated that the 2-course menu is 29 and the 3-course is 35, and both include a drink (wine). I ordered the 2-course menu and showed the fork menu to the waiter, who confirmed that the drink would be included. However, when the bill arrived, I was informed that the drink was only included with the 3-course meal and it was going to charge 17 for 2 glasses of wine. They did not tell me when I placed the order, which forced me to order a dessert to make it into the 3 courses. 4: They cancel my booking in the fork app which I dont know why
