First time here instantly fell in love with the decor, the aesthetic, & atmosphere as I already knew the menu was perfect and so well priced and affordable plus halal. I celebrated my bday here with a group of 8.the staff went above and beyond for me. insisted to decorate our table FOR FREE and accommodate more tables and seating for us as well as a gift table. The food was cooked and served quickly as I pre planned it with the chef who also cut my cake like a pro and they even allowed me to deliver cake to the place. Experienced the Shisha area in the evening me & hubby enjoyed it. It’s full of energy without being overcrowd3d as it is so spacious. The music was perfect playing the best 2000s rnb. Id recommend Osiris to everyone. Truly A hidden gem.

So firstly I want to say the service was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it didn’t carry through to the food which was not great, and the atmosphere where the music was at club level loud at 7.30 and people were actually smoking inside

Thank you for your review, We are terribly sorry that you havent enjoyed your food and we will appoint the issue, in regards of music we are a shisha lounge so we have DJ’s fridays and saturday and in regards of smoking, we are a shisha lounge and where you were seating was the shisha area. If you have had sat at the restaurant area, it would have been much quieter and no smoke at all.
