8/10lobster linguine and crab black linguine were very nice. Tenderloin was overcooked when requested medium/rare. The Affogato was disappointing - the coffee was very weak and had little flavour. The atmosphere was busy and nice but the service was only average.

5.5/10Lunch on a Friday for 5. There was one other table being used in the restaurant. The positives- The menu is great, decor modern and clean, and the food is pretty good. Classic Italian dishes nicely presented, a decent portion without being overwhelmed. We all agreed that we enjoyed our meal. However, to say the waiter was unfriendly would be a massive understatement. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day, or something had happened, but he was almost laughably grumpy and rude to us. He was the only member of floor staff we saw, but with only two tables, he wasn’t run off his feet. We were not demanding, loud, drunk and did not behave in any way that would warrant him being rude to us. His attitude didn’t spoil our meal as we were a group of friends out to celebrate a birthday - but it will make me think twice about going back. Such a shame as previous visits to this restaurant have been amazing, and the staff and food have always been great.

10/10An excellent local restaurant. Swordfish carpaccio with fennel and osso buco with saffron rice particularly good. Good shortish wine list with some good Sicilian wines. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

5/10Lovely greeting when we arrived but as restaurant filled up service was very slow . Unfortunately tuna was overcooked and there was no plate to put vongole shells. Love the limoncello shot at the end ….nice touch

10/10Food is incredible. Oysters are super fresh and the garnish was lovely. I'd recommend for main the scallop risotto. The desserts are okay but the rest make up for it. Service amazing - super nice and quick

10/10I have been to this restaurant a number of times, and usually with the same friend, and he now insists that we only go there as the food is so delectable. It didn't disappoint yesterday - all fresh, tasty and authentic - and superb service as always.

9/10Great service and atmosphere. Very generous portions. Food mainly good but we had the crab with black linguine that was a pile of soft pasta with a gloopy sauce. The orange flavour in sword fish carpaccio was too strong. Really good bottle of wine recommended by the Sommelier.

9.5/10This is a brilliant family run restaurant. The food is delicious. I visit from time to time with my wife, and had my 70th Birthday party for 40 people there last year. They were incredible in value for money, excellent food choices and ambience. The service is always very friendly yet professional. Forgive my impertinence but you really must visit!
