8/10High end south Asian food but still chili hot. Thanks probably to the Michelin mention, it is no longer particularly good value. £90 a head including drink

7.5/10Menu is a bit small but then you would assume everything is refined. If you are vegetarian the palak paneer is hard to miss (and so we thought) but it was too leafy - now I understand freshly and summery but that's not it. Maybe some tweak is required - similarly there were some other things that could be better.

The hostesses have party time in the front of the restaurant with all the other employees. If you go - ask for a table back towards the kitchen away from the hostess stand.

9.5/10Terrific food and outstanding service. Bustling - obviously popular - and deservedly so. The tandoori chicken was as close to perfect as I have ever eaten, but everything we had was wonderful and interesting.

8/10Very welcoming service, responsive and courteous. The food was nice, but not inapiring in any way and therefore quite overpriced (not to mention a crab shell fragment in the crab dish, and sand in the mussels), the halibut was excellent. In short I expected more at this price point.

9.5/10We really enjoyed our meal at Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai. The food was very interesting. Delicious flavour combinations. The staff are lovely, just the right combination of friendly helpfulness without being over familiar. The buzz in the full large restaurant was quite loud and we were glad to be seated on the edge near a window. They deservedly have a Michelin bib.

10/10Lovely restaurant with great interior and style. Hospitality excellent from start to finish and staff were friendly and helpful in recommending dishes to try. Food was really tasty, seasoned and presented well. I will definitely come back here again!

9/10I had a lovely dinner with my sister, the staff was very nice, quick and professional. The food was great, I wish the menu had a bit more information about the dishes ingredients for those who are not familiar with the cuisine like me. But I was still happy with the choices.

9.5/10Have been eating and, of course, enjoying Indian food since childhood. Have never enjoyed the explosion of flavors experienced at Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai before. Simply cannot wait to get back here and try other things on their menu.The Maitre D was very helpful in the information that he prvided and the recommendations that we followed! Strongly Recommend! 10/10Delicious unusual Indian cuisine. Not your average samosas, curries and tandori, but a step up. The waitress let us know her favorites and she didn't steer us wrong. Would highly recommend!

10/10This was my 2nd visit. Previous one was a business lunch but this time around it was for the family. The food was as expected absolutely brilliant and this was agreed by my wife (a very good cook herself) and the rest of the family. The taste and flavours were very original. Hope to plan a visit soon to try the items not yet ordered from the menu in 2 visits

10/10Great find!! Best Indian food we’ve ever had, and we’ve been to many places in the states. We ordered some items that our waiter Francis recommended, and we ordered a few other items too. Fish curry, flaky bread, mango cocktail are an absolute must! We felt well taken care of by Francis and the other friendly and attentive staff members. Loved watching the open kitchen in action. Would highly recommend!!

10/10We really enjoyed our meal here. Imaginative menu and each item was packed with flavor. We had the chaat, chicken tikka kebabs, sea bass, lamb biryani, daal and okra. Very impressed and highly recommend!
