6/10Service swift; staff friendly. Have visited once before and really enjoyed food but this time food choices on set menu were disappointing. Starter was too pickled, main course of fish snd cous cous too dry and not at all flavoursome.

Went for £15 steak frites - ambiance and service was excellent. Really romantic place for a date and good value for the meal. Asked steak to be medium but felt more like medium-well, was a bit tough to chew.

9.5/10This was a birthday celebration late lunch! It really is hard to fault the service, the cuisine and wines on any count - we were treated like royalty! We stayed a long time but never felt rushed or pressed to leave either. Thank you all! You made a great occasion even greater!

3/10The food was horrible, one was burnt one was undercooked Front of house lady was so loud it gave you a head ache The waiter was so rude and didn't take any notice when ordering food and talking to him. All he wanted to do was look after regular guests

10/10We both had a most enjoyable evening at this charming restaurant. Our food was delicious, well prepared and presented. Our drinks were excellent. The service was very good despite the restaurant being full. Can throughly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for making our meal out special.

9/10Christmas dinner with extended family. We were eight so had to have the Christmas menu. It was all lovely, my only complaint is that I was informed that the chicken was gluten free. It was, but without the sauce or the potatoes, which I only found out when I was served. I wouldn't have ordered it, had I known beforehand and I think I should have been given a substitute sauce and potatoes. Otherwise I'm always happy with the Palm Court Brasserie.

9/10What wonderful atmosphere, and what a wonderful welcome, ushering us to the window table despite the crowds elsewhere in the restaurant. Assiduous service from a phalanx of charming staff, headed by the attentive M'dH. Chicken liver parfait delicious, ditto the duck, fish and chips slightly disappointing with soggy batter.. Excellent cocktails. We will certainly come again next time we go to the Royal Opera House.

7.5/10We booked our table for 1pm. Two of the four of us were delayed on trains so didn't get there until 1.20pm. We were told then that we had to order as the table was required at 3pm. We ordered our starters and main courses. Starters were all delicious (salmon x 3, brie x1). My main course was the chicken. It was okay. Chicken was a bit dry but the salad and potatoes were tasty. It was then 2.45 and we were again told to order dessert quickly as we had to leave at 3pm. We said we would not be rushed so if the table was required at 3, then we would leave. The waiter then spoke to the manager and we were allowed to stay longer. We eventually left at 4.30pm having had dessert and coffee. We are a group of old school friends who have met at Palm Court Brasserie every year for the last 20 years (minus covid of course) and we have never felt rushed before. It was disappointing this time.

9/10I was not expecting the food to come out so quickly, especially since the restaurant seemed jam-packed. But the staff provided it swiftly, and the meal was cooked wonderfully. I would definitely recommend the Toulouse cassoulet and would give this restaurant a thumbs up.

10/10Such a beautifully decorated restaurant with a great ambiance. The food was delicious and value for money. We were able to sit for as long as we wanted to enjoy our food and wine. We will definitely be going back.

8.5/10My parents and I ate there before the theatre and we took the 2-course menu. We all tried the brie in filo as a starter, which was really good, and then we took the fish of the day with cous cous and the saffron risotto. I really enjoyed the fish and my dad liked his risotto (although it wasn't exactly a "risotto"). The atmosphere was good and the location really nice, although obviously crowded due to the really convenient position in Covent Garden.

9/10The staff were great, friendly and helpful from the start. There was the attention to each detail that made a difference. I had my baby on a buggie and being the space not too big they still showed me the organise it in a way that we could have the buggy with us. One of the waiters noticed my baby had started playing with my spoon and just brought another for me. It may not seem much but it made a difference seeing their attention to make us feel comfortable and that was lovely. Thank you!

10/10It was a bit crowded/noisy on Saturday night, but otherwise was about perfect in terms of food, service, atmosphere and location. Not cheap but not outrageously priced either.

10/10Gorgeous. Fantastic service, food almost perfect, no tuna but never mind. The bread was dry which we probably should have pointed out, I’m sure they would have given us fresh. Portions not mean or overwhelming location fabulous. We will keep coming back.
