9.5/10Food excellent! Arrival was chaotic.. although we booked, the staff did not check who had booked and attended to people in the queue who pushed to the front. Once in the restaurant, the staff were very attentative.

10/10I went to this restaurant for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the place is very nicely decorated, clean, the food is very good and the staff is very nice, 10 out of 10

10/10Food outstanding so much choice with excellent taste plus all hot also the tempanyaki cooking was excellent and sushi outstanding tasres. Service was asl excellent evey time our plates was finished and we came back with more food all emply plates had been removed. Leave room for dessert as again plenty of choice with chocolate fountain and ice cream, plus lots of different cakes or desserts so outstanding 5*

4.5/10food was cold and 2 drinks took 20 minutes my grandparents sat down 20 minutes after me and my partner and got they're drinks before us

5.5/10This time we was a table of 11 and I found some staff a little rude. It wasn't that busy and took ages for the table to be cleared. It was quit a disappointing birthday experience. Some of the food wasn't replenished much. Wasn't much desert choice and Eaton mess was disgraceful. There wasn't nothing but cream left. Next time I hope itl be alot better
