Very good
Very good
Only a few choices but the food was nice. Hope there is more food and desserts. No ice cream, pizza and salad bar. Tempura was not warm and you have to ask for it. Sauces are not all in there
A vast array of food but almost every dish was luke warm and didn’t appear freshly made. Certainly not the standard that it’s been in the past. There weren’t many people in the restaurant for a Thursday evening, which we were happy about under the current pandemic. The table service was quite poor, we constantly had to try and get the waitress’s attention to order drinks and fresh cutlery. Won’t be visiting again until standards are improved, all in all a very disappointing evening.
After finding a bug in our food we asked to speak to the manager. When the manager arrived we were spoken to really disrespectfully
Really good choice and staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy and social distancing was abided by. Quality of food was good
Staff very wecoming, food was disappointing, all dryed up, lids left open, no fresh food brought out in place of food what had gone hard, will not return or recommend
We've only been to Panda Mami once before, when visiting family in Chester in 2018. Since then, we have been desperate to return...we were not disappointed! Even though covid restrictions mean that the restaurant can not currently offer buffet service, it didn't matter. The menu (although not as expansive at the moment) was incredible, the staff were outstanding and the ambiance fantastic. In some ways, our second visit was an even better experience than our first; the sharing platters for each table reduced waste, the waiters were extremely attentive and the cake/gift for my son's birthday made for a very special evening. Without question, this was in every way an excellent birthday treat. We highly recommend this restaurant and are looking forward to our next visit (we have no intention of leaving it so long next time!).
Food was ok service was abit slow and the restaurant was not even half full
Food was cold and horrible and they charged me 16.99 for one piece of garlic bread service was poor and it was dead in there no wonder with the horrible service and food
Being from out of town wasn't really sure what to expect but i really wish I hadn't of bothered, the hot and sour soup was the worst I've ever had absolutely no meat in it should actually be classed as vegetarian!! , starters were ok best course was probably the crispy duck , main meals don't bother and ice cream is ice cream !! Wont be going again very disappointed
This venue is no longer a buffet venue and should state this on the booking website or reduce the prices.Waiting for service was experienced a few times and the girl although was from the uk did not understand basic requests like what Hoisin Sauce was or what was available without asking other members of staff.
Even though I had booked a table we still had to wait outside in a line until it was our turn. The wait was worthwhile as the food was delicious and abit different from what you expected with it being a buffet style was t
This restaurant had poor service after rules change. The menu service was awful, waited for meals to be served for a long time. Food was getting cold and they weren’t able to provide explanations to the customers who has been given the wrong order. The night was a total mess.
This is a great little hang out for an all you can eat and at 18.99 pp really good value for money. Litterly minutes from the river too so you can walk off all the great food.
Lovely little place, temperature taken on arrival, and gloves, taken to our table, and everything explained to us. What a lovely choice of foods, starters, main courses and desserts. Very friendly staff, very clean and tidy. Highly recommended
Waitresses come along take your plates while other people are still eating at the table. 1 even took my wifes drink without asking her If it was finished it still had a drink in it that we paid for 3 out of 10
We have been a number of times and always enjoyed this place. They have done a lot to tackle Covid including staff with face coverings and issue gloves. However BIG Concern, I think they should ask diners to wear face coverings as they go up to open food bar and select choice. The single most effective way to prevent covid droplets landing on food and spreading !! Nice food though !!
