    Service was a bit slow, i arrived before my guest and nobody asked if i wanted any drinks while i was waiting. then at the end of the meal they took a long time to come and clear our plates and offer desserts ot the bill, the food was delicious as always but service could be improuved

    Three bowls of ramen: a red bowl with rich pork broth, green onions, bean sprouts, and fried garlic; a blue bowl with lighter broth, corn, sliced pork, and leafy greens; and a white bowl featuring creamy coconut broth with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and thicker noodles.

    Sides are really good, Ramen was relatively decent. But they were busy.

    The food is delicious, the set meals are reasonably priced, and the souvenirs of set are interesting. My teenagers are very happy. Highly recommend. Definitely , will visit again.

    I had to send ramen back as it was the wrong noodle. Manager (who is new as I go there often and did not recognise him) was very arrogant, telling me I was wrong. Eventually the chef comes out and tells me I was right and they had changed supplier. Then maneger starts making excuses, saying "I didn't know, I didn't know!" Ruined the evening and was very embarrassing for my guests.

    We love these ramens as they are so tasteful. The place is nice and it is easy to order from your table. Today is was a little busy and the music was too loud

    Food and ambiance was amazing but the service was horrible despite the restaurant not being busy. The waitress took our order but forgot to put it in so we had to wait 40 minutes for our ramen

    Very impressed with Naruto pop up at yokocho today Great food and service and lots to come back for The Naruto theme was excellently done and transformed the experience, an excellent meal out

    The atmosphere was lovely and it was a bonus with the current Naruto collaboration. The service however wasn't; the staff was nice but it was unfortunately some areas lacking. For example, we received the wrong order and I was charged incorrectly which was all just a misunderstanding/mishearing but still it was a concern. The food was delicious and great.

    Very convenient location with an interior trying to recreate the feeling of an Asian street market. The service was provided by westerners & the whole feeling felt a bit fake & no atmosphere/ touristic. The food however was good.

    I had went to the persona 3 collaboration in April and it had tasted very good. The place was both good food and ambience wise. It was a good experience with my mother. I would recommend going here with multiple people atleast 1-4 for the best experience here. I would go here again for my next visit to London.

    I was really hoping for big things. Having lived in Japan and being able to speak Japanese, I was disappointed that the server couldn't even speak basic Japanese, not even a basic greeting even though some of the menu was in Japanese. The food was mediocre at best and expensive for what it was. For two mains, desserts and two non alcoholic drinks it was a whopping £70. The biggest let down was the service. The staff were not attentive at all, borderline rude and I had to chase staff to clear the table and to take my order for dessert even after I reminded our server. I felt I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I feel thoroughly ripped off by the whole experience and would not go again.

    Yokocho was so accommodating! I emailed that our group will be late and the maître d’ got in touch with me. I have been in the past and really enjoyed it and would love to bring my friends to Yokocho. When we arrived, they were so accommodating. The waiting staff were really helpful too! Me and our friends from Wales really enjoyed the food and we had a fantastic time! We would definitely recommend the place! 5 stars for the team!

    Nice environment to take a teenager to. The food was poor, probably the worst ramen we have eaten, watery unpleasant broth, chicken so dry and chewy it couldn't be eaten , thin soggy tofu.

    Great restaurant and most of our food was incredible. A few things were not up to standard, and when we spoke with the team their initial response was dismissive - the staff member who served us walked away, we had to then speak with the manager who didn't apologise, just took money of the bill but was cold in their response

    Being on a Saturday afternoon, we expected to be a busy So we are glad we made reservation early. As mentioned it was busy, the service waiting time was longer than normal but the staff were friendly
