Our table was by the window and therefore felt chilly rather than warmer. I would of like to have sat in a row along the wall. Getting round the table was difficult, coming out I had to retrace my steps as the table was nearer the glass entrance and I couldn't squeeze past. The food we asked for the lunchtime menu we were not asked which menu we would prefer. We delivered what was what by looking ar the main menu. I substituted I thought my potatoes for chips but then didn't get any salad or vegtables. However we all enjoyed our meal and would be tempted to go back.

Just had an amazing meal at Park Grill. Set menu for two is fantastic value. Service is spot on and very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Great food but poor service. Far too few staff for the number of customers to serve. Had to wait half hour for a starter and it came only after we asked about it. The same thing happened to a drink I ordered. Waiter tried to placate matters by bringing us other starters and food that I didn’t want. I recommend going really early or really late to avoid peak times because the staff can’t cope

We came here to celebrate a friends 80th birthday the staff made it really special by bringing a cake and singing happy birthday . They were very attentive and the service was quick and we had no pressure to leave. The bread to the table and food was excellent standard. I have been here before and will be dining again too

What a disappointment food was below standard the hallomi was lukewarm the hummus was tasteless the chicken shish was reheated that was not cooked to order.The burger was hard definitely processed and for £18.95 that was awful.A pint of peroni was £9 and the service charge £8 prices are too high won’t be returning.

Hi, thank you for your review, we are sorry for any disappointment but we would like to make it clear that all of our foods are prepared freshly on order and we do not use any kind of processed foods. Secondly, we do not sell peroni at £9 I don’t understand where that came from as our menus are available online and if you would like you can also come and check your bill which we can reprint to show you how much your peroni was. Lastly, service charge is a percentage of your bill so the higher the bill automatically the service charge goes up, the percentage never changes. Service charge is optional and if you would of asked a memeber of staff to remove the service charge they would have done it promptly. We hope to have you again at park grill. Best regard

The service was good but very rushed. We had booked a table for 8pm and felt by 9 pm they wanted to close. It was the Thursday before Christmas so found that surprising.

This is consistently one of our favourite local restaurants and with the fork offer, it was even better. The menu has changed over time but the quality of the food has stayed the same. The mixed grill used to include lamb ribs and chicken wings which our kids loved but they can be ordered separately as a starter now which doesn’t make it quite as good value as before. Staff are lovely and friendly.

This is a favourite place to get together with family or friends. Very helpful staff. Great choice of tasty food. Well presented. Good portions and reasonable prices. We have never had a bad meal The staff are always very courteous and attentive. It has a nice friendly ambience.

Very nice meal and good service. Will certainly go again. The only issue were noise- no soft furnishings to absorb noise and so conversation difficult- and automatic service charge added to bill, I believe customers should have the right to decide to tip and how much.

Really good restaurant. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent service . Food really authentic abd very tasty. Would highly recommend and we would go back again .
