A perfect afternoon here treating the lady of my life. Upon arrival being warmly greeted, and shown to our table. For the duration of our visit, we was looked after by IRYNA who was very friendly, helpful, and attentive in serving us with beautiful starter, teas, finger sandwiches, scones and cakes. IRYNA even served me with a lovely cake with a candle to blow out as a birthday treat.❤️ A really big THANK YOU to everyone there for the prrfevt afternoon and we will be looking forward to visiting and enjoying again next month Steve and Joy.

The staff! The Park Room is lovely and a destination for many with staff making all seem perfect even if one’s table is not quite ready! The delightful treats on the top tier were masterfully created and a joy to behold! The remains of the tea were boxed with the young man serving us insuring perfection for our “take away”! Tea at Park Room will remain a lovely holiday memory for four women from the USA!

Venue and service were both on point. Food was awful: - "asda smart price" style sandwiches with cheap, slimy meat and excess butter - dry stale tasting scones - adequate but forgettable cakes All told this was a poor meal and terrible value.

Our Christmas Afternoon Tea was amazing. The food was delicious. The cakes were exquisite and delicious. Siri who served us was very attentive but not overly so. Siri was very friendly and made our visit very enjoyable. We can highly recommend Afternoon tea at The Park Room. I am sure we will be back soon.

Enjoyed the Fairies Tea this past weekend. Was probably the prettiest tea I have ever had! Each dessert was a mini piece of art and just as delicious as it was beautiful. Sandwiches and scones were also top notch, would 100% recommend.

Delicious food (excellent quality and lots of it) and wonderful service. The staff couldn’t have made my wife and I more welcome or more special. And they gave us an extra glass of champagne on the house as it was her birthday. Well done. We will definitely return.

The Staff were so friendly and welcoming .Made us feel special .It really was a lovely experience . Everyone from the Doorman to the Lady in the ladies restroom . All the staff in the Hotel were lovely .We will visit again for sure .

Overall fabulous experience. The only thing that let it down was the slightly surly waitress. She whipped my cup of tea away when the cup was half full and was a little heavy handed and abrupt. All other staff were delightful and the experience was very special. I love that we got to take unfinished items away, along with a bonus 2 slices of cake which was a wonderful surprise!

We had a fantastic fairies afternoon tea, the waiter Saiful made it memorable and special for our part of 4 people. We celebrated a 40th birthday and a 6yr olds first time to England to visit family, and it was nothing short of magical. The sandwich selections and scones and all the accoutrements were delicious. We especially loved the fairy themed tea cakes and desserts designs from the world renowned Cicely Mary Barker. I’m thrilled we found this special afternoon tea our last weekend in London.
