The food is delicious, cooked with care and very fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, friendly and consistent. The main room is spacious and peaceful- noise level fine even when full. There is also a lovely private room available to rent. Feels very special but well- priced. One of our family’s favourites from when it first opened.

Always a pleasure to visit Pearl Liang and we are regular visitors. The food is absolutely delicious and the service excellent. We especially love the lobster noodles which are beautifully served, the salted egg prawns and all our favourites from the dim sum menu.

Overall the food quality is good. However, one of the waitresses, a long hair (peony tail) woman in black uniform, showed very unpleasant attitude, may be she is too tired to serve lunch.

The service is full mark. Very nice & friendly staffs. I had about 10 dishes including dim sum and fried noodles. Only one dim sum is no good (steam ox tripe), too chewy, the rest are perfect.

Beautifully laid out restaurant with welcoming staff and absolutely beautiful food just behind Paddington station. In a lovely secluded area with a few other restaurants. We will be visiting again.

We have been coming to Pearl Laing for a long time and have never experienced a bad meal. However, while most of the food was good tonight, I thought the noodles with vegetables was somewhat tasteless. The Beijing duck however was as usual excellent as was the beef mandarin and the shared starters. We always love seeing the Chinese families with incredibly well-behaved children dining here.
