+3This is my second time at this restaurant. The food was on point. Very delicious, hot and tasty! We were celebrating my cousins birthday before visiting the theatre, which due to unforeseen circumstances got cancelled. So it was a good thing that we had a great time at the restaurant. They accommodated all our needs once again even though we were quite demanding and kept the ginger tea flowing! We definitely needed that. Will definitely come back again bringing new people to introduce the restaurant to a wider circle.

It was my friend‘s birthday and they made her feel so special. The waitress attention was diligent and catered for all our needs, as I’m a difficult vegan. The food was excellent apart from one of the chicken wings. It was not cut as well as the other one, but still was delicious. There could’ve been more options for vegan puddings, but hey that’s the usual. When they surprised my friend with a birthday bao dessert with candle, music and a full singing restaurant I was very pleased. Thank you for making her smile. She really deserves it! I will definitely come back again to sample other stuff on the menu.

7/10They did not have any special/discounted menu/dishes fpr Fork users and I had to pay with my credit card as they did not let me use the gift cards I had on my Fork account so booking the table with the Fork app was totally useless as there were many tables available to choose from.

5/10For some reason, this restaurant is very popular. The door doesn't close properly so every time someone came in or went out, the wind blew in like Siberia. The menus and tables are sticky which is very off putting. Although the staff were helpful and efficient, the food is average. A bowl of noodles with a few prawns thrown, no vegetables, no tasty sauce, is not an exotic Vietnamese dish for £15.95. Plus I had to send mine back as it was cold.

10/10Cosy little restaurant near Leicester Square. We attended using a Virgin experience voucher and the staff were very helpful when I called to confirm the booking, as well as when we actually arrived. The menu for the Virgin experience has plenty of choices, with the full menu offering a lot more. We found the food amazing, with some great flavours and presented nicely. It was fairly quiet when we went but imagine this place will be packed in the evening before shows start.

Definitely recommend that you book a reservation as it gets very busy and there was a line to get in. I went for lunch and liked it so much that I came back for dinner. Service was friendly but dinner was very busy so understandably slower than when I had gone for late lunch. Food was great. Def reco the lemongrass chicken rice, pork belly vermicelli and salt & pepper squid. Seasoned well. My friend had the special fried rice but mentioned it could be more spicy and with more soy sauce.

7.5/10It wasn’t the warmest welcome that we received. The entrance door was already open (to this small but vibrant restaurant) and so we did not see a notice on the middle of the door saying to wait to be seated, and as we walked in looking for staff a young lady somewhat sharply and sternly ordered us to wait outside on the pavement. After quite a while waiting, we were eventually ushered to our table. It’s a very nicely furnished place with an authentic look and feel to it. Once we were settled inside the other staff seemed pleasant. All the diners are closely seated next to each other and conversations were pretty loud and lively, but the restaurant had atmosphere. The wine arrived in good time but I asked for something to be omitted from the food, so I already anticipated that the food would take a while to arrive. Plus it was packed inside there. The food was good, nicely seasoned and rather flavoursome. For what you receive, I would say that it’s on the expensive side but fortunately we had a discount from The Fork and so it made it a bit more reasonable.

6/10The food tasted good but peace of metal brush was inside the chicken curry and make sure to check the bill properly 30% off they did only 10% off Luckily I checked and got a refund after. The price is higher than this web menu price averaging £2 more.

5/10I didn’t actually stay to eat the meal the place grossed us out so much. My partner arrived and was seated downstairs. I arrived 5 minutes later and was directed downstairs. I went past the emergency exit which was ajar with a rancid bin smell coming in. I then went down the stairs and the smell in the seating area there (a new even worse smell) was so sickening we immediately left. I then checked the hygiene rating - only a 2. I don’t wonder why. I couldn’t stomach eating a meal there, it was so dirty and smelled like rotten toilets and sick.

Such a little gem of a restaurant. First time to Pho & Bun it didn't disappoint, food was delicious and the service was next to nothing. Pedro our waiter was excellent he couldn't do enough he explained the dishes and very was contentdive. I will be definitely be visiting again.

8.5/10The food was excellent. We used a gift experience voucher but chose a menu item that had a £2 surcharge. We were not impressed when our bill was significantly more due to a service charge being added. When queried, the charge was optional, so we asked for it to be removed, paid the £2 and left an appropriate tip.

9.5/10Great food and the service was first class. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The upstairs restaurant area is quite busy and into making which only adds to the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.
