the service was great and the food was also delicious. small improvement feedback for the restaurant: the menue could be more elegant, it was just on a paper and the space between the tables are really small, your sitting very tight to your neighbours.

5/10menu different from the website, no wine apart from Rose, no lager , 1 person serving, clearing, ordering and doing the bills and drinks, poor thing. in a full resteraunt! the bread was nice but the main was luke warm and horrible. she did not charge me for this. very disappointing all round apart from all of that, the resteraunt itself was lovely and the poor lady doing everything was lovely too.

9/10Very nice authentic Lithuanian food and drink at a very reasonable price. A nice Valentine's date night. I think it would be great if they had another member of waiting staff on however, the staff member on duty was struggling to keep up with all of the tables.

thank you for the lovely dinner. we had a nice time and delicious meal in the restaurant. the food was as homemade. portions were reasonable, a little bit overpriced for the homemade food. The restaurant was nice and cosy, shame that in luthuanian restaurant none of waitresses spoke actually lithuanian.

Full disclosure, one of the reasons I booked here is that I could use up some of the Yums they I've accumulated. Having got that out of the way, I'm so glad I did. The food was excellent, and the service was too - friendly and knowledgeable. The hearty, tasty food was an ideal answer to a cold day. There were so many other options on the menu to try, we'll definitely be back!

3.5/10I had high expectations after my parents visited this restaurant the weekend before and had a great experience. They used a voucher without needing to pre-book, so we assumed the same would apply when we went this week. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When we tried to use our voucher, we were told that pre-booking was required. Confused, we explained that my parents hadn’t pre-booked and had no issues. Instead of resolving the situation, the manager outright lied, claiming they had told my parents last week about the pre-booking policy—this was completely untrue. As for the food, it wasn’t the greatest. It was okay, but nothing stood out enough to make up for the poor service and lack of honesty we experienced. It was incredibly frustrating to see the lack of consistency and communication. Won’t be returning.

We have clearly stated that, according to our terms and conditions, bookings must be made via phone, and we can only accept a limited number of Groupon vouchers each day. This information is explicitly outlined on the Groupon itself. When we made a rare exception for your parents, we communicated this clearly to them. You acknowledged when you were in the restaurant that they were informed of this exception, so it's important to clarify who is being dishonest here. We are consistent about our policies. Whenever we do make an exception— which is very infrequent— we always stress that it will not be repeated in the future. Should we disregard our terms and conditions and treat other guests unfairly? We cannot accept every Groupon voucher indiscriminately; there are terms and conditions for a reason. It’s unacceptable that you think you deserve special treatment without taking the time to read the fine print thoroughly. You should take responsibility for your actions instead of placing the blame

Great platter including pig ears, yellow peas and bacon, pumpkin, picked gherkins. Tasty donuts filled with cheese. Super rich chocolatey dark beer. Lots of herbal and honey based liqueurs some up to 75 percent alcohol.

10/10What a lovely find. Amazing food, generous portions for big eaters (I couldn’t finish mine), beetroot soup to die for. Staff were so friendly and helpful and there was a great atmosphere. If you want something different or if you love Central European food, its definitely worth a visit.

Quiet early evening dinner; fascinated to experience Lithuanian cuisine and was not disappointed. Guided through menu by insightful staff. Šaltibaršciai was a delicious starter - described as Cold beetroot soup made with kefir and served with roasted potatoes - really tasty. Fried Cepelinai -- Cut in half and fried traditional potato dumpling stuffed with pork mince. Served with Lithuanian sour cream and bacon was filling on a chill Edinburgh November evening. And all washed down with delicious Lithuanian lager; placed Vilnius on bucket list.

7/10Food …Excellent!!, For Someone who didn’t know much about Lithuanian Cuisine it was a bit of a Dilemma on what to Choose but We made the correct Choices!!, Great Ambience with the Staff & Owner being very Pleasant and Convivial - The only slight criticisms I’d have were - A slight one on the Menu as 3 out of the First 5 ‘Starters’ were unavailable which for a pretty quiet Midweek was somewhat strange we felt!? And, Despite not really being in a rush we did think the Service was a bit slow especially considering the Restaurant wasn’t too busy!?, However, That said…. I would definitely go back and try more of the Delicacies on offer as the Food…As Stated… Was both of an unusual and delightful variety!.

It’s so nice to have a Lithuanian restaurant in Scotland. However, there’s definitely still room for improvement. I’m not surprised that most of the 5 star reviews are coming from people that are not Lithuanian as quality of some of the traditional dishes was shocking.

10/10Excellent service and delicious food. It was the first time we tried Lithuanian cuisine and we really enjoyed it. We found many similarities with Polish cuisine in both mains and desserts. Comfy and relaxed atmosphere and very central location.

10/10We came here for my husbands birthday, never tried Lithuanian cuisine before, the atmosphere was great with a romantic ambiance, the manger and waiter were very attentive to our needs and we felt so welcomed. we first tried the fried bread and sauce which was amazing (Italian chefs kiss to that) loved the drinks too! Will definitely be back!

4.5/10I'm impressed how many good reviews this place has. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The menu is confusing - a little bit in english, a little bit in lithuanian. The food was over or under- cooked. Only Saltibarsciai tasted good. This place's anti-advertising people to visit Lithuania. Our waiter was a great guy! Poor man had to go back and forward as half of the menu wasn't available. There is a lot room for improvement if you wish to keep your business thriving.
