6.5/10Really bad service. We waited nearly an hour to order food, some of the drinks we ordered never turned up and the staff acted frustrated with us when we ordered them a second time. On leaving we waited at the till for another 5-10 minutes while staff chatted at the bar before anyone came to sort payment, despite having alerted them that we were trying to pay.

6.5/10Food was excellent but service was very poor by one particular member of the team, she looked like she didn't want to be there. We have been many times before and have had fabulous service. Sad to leave this negative comment but it wasn't only me that picked up on the vibe. Sorry :(

5/10Food (when correct) was nice. But the wrong order was given to us and we then had to wait for the right food and one went cold. Good hot honey.

10/10Great food, as always. Seemed a bit under the cosh with lack of staff on a Saturday night, but worked really hard to get around everyone and always give great friendly service. Many thanks. Booked with ‘fork’ but can’t edit reservation on line, only cancel so won’t use that again.

9.5/10We love Pizza Punks. Great, and quirky if you want it, pizza, good atmosphere including the music and friendly staff. James and others made us feel welcome and pleased to be out.

10/10It was Father’s Day and we also had a birthday and the waitress brought over a special cocktail for both with a happy birthday in it ! We didn’t ask for them she just did it . ( we were doing the bottomless brunch) her service and smile was excellent

8/10Waitress was rude. Interrupted my friend whilst she was ordering her food to say something snappy along the lines of ‘yes that’s what I was saying’. In a really sarcastic voice. Me and my friend felt very uncomfortable with her surly attitude. When it came to asking for the kids deserts which are included in the price of s kids meal she remarked ‘you don’t have to have them if you don’t want’. Causing our two small children to go into panic mode. Very odd behaviour. Of course we want the desert we have paid for. She took a dislike to us for no apparent reason. Uncomfortable experience.

10/10The service was really good - I was with two Italians children and they were treated as mini adults The pizza was delicious I really fancied some chips but had to cope without as they aren’t on the menu. !!
