The lovely staff! They kindly accomodated our friends with a baby in arms, we wanted the bench sofa instead of a six seating, and service was fast and food was good. We will be back. Look forward to one day trying the A5 wagyu though ;-)

10/10Very fresh and delicious food. Ambience is cozy and not noisy at all. I would recommend the clay pot with mushrooms and chicken, but everything else was as delicious

5.5/10Service was really slow, there were only two tables of customers and they took over 10 minutes to get our table ready before we got seated. Food was ok but for the prices that they charge you would expect the quality to be higher. Quite expensive considering it’s nothing fancy or extra special.

This was my 3rd time having lunch with my friends on the 6/3/2924-Thursday at Pot and Rice, Elephant & Castle branch. Thank you to ALL the servers for their excellent service. Food was satisfactory and delicious. The ambient of the restaurant is quiet and relaxing. We, in the group of 5, were having a marvellous lunch there. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5/10Overpriced, pot rice has not much flavour, beef is not very fresh either. Very plain flavour, without the signature pot rice soy sauce (we ordered beef with mushroom one, kimchi one, pork with sausage one - all of them are bland). Salt pepper fried chicken has thick batter and not very tasty either. Overall very disappointed and won’t come again.

+8I have been to Pot & Rice in the Soho branch. Yesterday, 13/10/2023 - Friday. I went with my friend to this Pot and Rice, elephant & Castle branch. I love this Elephant & Castle branch more than Soho branch due to the embient of the restaurant. Services from both branches were excellent, fast, polite, and very helpful. I was seved by Siamak. He is a very attentive, good listener, meets up to our requests of having ice on my drink. Thank you, Sianak, for your great service. Every dish we ordered was sumptuous and has unique quality and delicious flavour. I will be back again on the 16/10/2023 - Monday with my another friend. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5/10The service was the worst I have ever received. We removed the tip and they had the cheek to ask why. They didn’t show us to our table-just pointed despite us being a booking-the table wasn’t cleared, we had to wave to get their attention after they didn’t come to take our order for 15 minutes, and they also didn’t check on us the whole time we were dining. The food was mediocre for the price, and the service was awful.

The claypot rice was not hot enough, was not able to form scrumptious scorched crust around the bottom and sides. The rice was also served with cold sweet soya sauce.
