3.5/10We’ve been before and loved it but after yesterday never again! Very expensive with average food. Nobody else in. Service charge (????) extortion!! £15+!!!!

Thank you for dining at Prana. Prana has a reputation for great food and service , Our team are always here to help and ensure you have a great experience always, at no point did you make reference that food was not to your expectations, if you did we would do our best to ensure you were happy. We are now established 14 years and have navigated the pandemic and the recent hospitality crisis. So fobbing my restaurant off for being “quite on a Saturday” is disrespectful and distasteful, Service charge is optional and is at 10% plus the VAT and is charged based on your total order. Unfortunately we need to pay our tax on ALL income as all good businesses would do? We wish you all the best and hope you find a suitable Indian restaurant for your expectations.
