4/10average environment nothing special, friendly staff excellent prosecco rose even if overpriced, food very very below average. One of those places where you go only once and you no longer have interest or motivation to go back.

We are sorry to hear that you did not appreciate our food, we find hard to believe that was as awful and disgraceful as per a 2/10, but we do respect and take on board your feedback. We just do not understand why such bad feedback doesn’t get expressed on the moment and just after a week behind a keyboard. It would be helpful for us to hear it on the moment so that in case we can understand and improve a customer experience. 8.5/10Tasty, friendly, not a big place so the table was bijou (luckily we had a drop out otherwise goodness knows how we would have had space). Had to actively try to get their attention to get another drink which could be a pro or a con, certainly nice that it wasn't pushy service.

2/10This restaurant primarily focuses on individual drinking. If you're looking to have dinner, it's not suitable as each dish is quite small. Even though there are special prices, you still won't feel full after a meal.

Dear Angel, thank you for visiting us. As any other restaurant in the world we do serve food and drinks, TheFork is an app that focuses on food only, as clearly expressed in any booking confirmation, hence The Fork name… You ordered food from the small Italian plates section, we do serve main courses as Pinsa and pasta, plus several desserts. We do not impose food choices on anyone and it’s quite unfair to receive a 2/10 review just because you claim to have left still hungry after visiting us. You do get 50% discount on food, why do not make it work for you?

9/10Lovely cafe in Soho, good sized portions. We shared 3 small plates between 2 of us and had dessert and we were comfortably full. Desserts were ok (normally my favourite part of a meal!). Great value with discount. I would definitely return

thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you feel it wasn’t value for your money. However if you ordered from our “Cicchetti” section of the menu this is the small plates section that advises 5 make a main and three plates are a great starter. For this we also have a great offer of 3 plates for £19 and 5 for £29 which we think is a great price for a main. Thank you again for your review and feedback however :)

6.5/10Staff were very welcoming and generally wonderful all round. Upstairs was nice albeit a little cramped - and I did not see downstairs. We got 5 of the cicchetti but unfortunately none really stood up on their own. All were relatively lukewarm, leaning cold, and unfortunately quite flavourless. The gnocchi was probably the tastiest but was quite salty. The lasagna was alright but again flavourless and cold. It was the same case for the meatballs, while the ham potato bites were dry and barely had any ham in them. The risotto was completely bland, cold, and undercooked in parts. Balancing out the meal though, the drinks were fantastic. Well presented and flavourful. The tiramisu was also very nice. Naturally, it feels strange to go to such a highly reviewed location and to have this experience, but perhaps the main courses tend to have better flavours than the small dishes. Or it may have been an unfortunate night for the kitchen.

Good afternoon, we’re so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the food on this occasion. As I can see this review was for Friday 24th we did in fact have a very large party booked in our downstairs area this night which is the possible reason for this, as you said prior to all our highly recommended reviews we do pride ourselves on our food and our service and we’re so pleased the service and drinks were up to our usual standards. We’d love to invite you back to provide our usual high standards of food and hopefully change your mind on this! Seeing you also enjoyed your desert there will be a free tiramisu on us for your next visit!! Thank you for your feedback regardless we appreciate it and again we are so sorry!

6/10It's small but nicely decorated . The food was average but with 40% off a value for money. there wasn't much of an ambience but the staff were super friendly. I'd say it's fine if you want a quick bite that's good value for money.

8/10The cafe style was super cute and decorated so well! The server was amazing too. I think the menu needs some fresh items to compliment some of the heavier dishes but the servings and flavour was great!

7/10A lovely place to enjoy some drinks. The day we visited was a quite one so despite the place being relatively small I found it ok probably will be slightly more packed if there’s more people. The services was lovely and explained the food and the discount. The price was really decent for a place at central London.
