4.5/10The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great art deco, speakeasy vibe. However. for what we paid, I felt the food was very under whelming. The menu choice was limited, and all vegetable sides were charged at considerably extra. Drinks were also expensive, but maybe ok for Mayfair prices? We enjoyed the singer and the whole experience, but I would not rush to go back. Service was ok a little slow and lacking any warmth. We were not given an option to tip, it was automatically added to our bill. Be prepared for this, as it adds a good deal to your bill. I left feeling a little cheated 😕

5/10Maybe I am stack in time with Quaglinos been so iconic but unfortunately not quite there Food was average not the wow factor on the Ala cart menu as it use to be and fillet was tough unusually for the best end of fillet … the sauce a bit over powering and reach I was expecting to have it on the side it was disappointing especially at 60 per person. Live Music was good .. the worst think was that there asking you if you want desserts .. when you still having your mane course because the kitchen is closing … very odd. The staff trying there best but if that’s what they been told is disappointing at almost £400

4.5/10Appalling. Tasteless food, miniscule portions, inflated prices, blue light makes the food look disgusting. The live music was the one bright spot. Avoid if you actually enjoy eating food.

The menu was underwhelming. I went with 3 other people and no one was satisfied with their dish. We all ordered different things and we weren’t impressed. The vegan dish was a bit too sweet for me. I also ordered a side of carrots and it was a bit too crunchy and under seasoned. The corn chicken was too dry and so was the beef with blackberry ketchup. I did enjoy the creme brûlée. Overall, I did like the ambience of the restaurant. The service was lovely and I enjoyed the live performance.

7/10Every thing went ok,until we have been told,all of a sudden the the restaurant was about to close and we couldn’t get any desserts.And after the bill was payed we were almost pushed by Gardsto leave the place….

4/10Poor service. Took over an hour in a pretty empty restaurant one week before Christmas to get any food on the table. Wine service poor. No festive menu choices. Bar staff very busy decanting stuff into bottles in front of us and opening boxes of bottles - this should not be done at the bar. A very disappointing experience as it was same time last year - nothing has changed it seems.

4.5/10Weeks ago you cancelled my Wednesday booking so I booked a party of 6 for Monday instead. That’s not the first time you’ve done that. . Your bar manager walked away when we didn’t order champagne and we had to call him back to take our order for G&T’s. Service was very very slow. No menus offered. The food was satisfactory but you offer a £7 bottle of Pino Grigio for £90, plus a 15% service charge. Generally your wine is overpriced I believe. Although the restaurant was quiet there were not enough staff to offer a good service. We left after the mains as no menu offered. So a bill of £850 including your service charge which I probably should have removed. Quaglinos (and sister restaurant The Avenue) have been some of our favourite restaurants for 25 years but this time we left underwhelmed. On the Wednesday we went to Chiccetti. I realise it’s a different dining experience but it was buzzing, fantastic service, really good value and a great experience.

5.5/10Attended Sunday afternoon 1st Dec. 12.30. First time ever told to vacate the table at 15.00 despite everyone around us staying on for the full session. We went to the bar upstairs Went back 15 mins later to see 3 guys on our table drinking coffee and the table next to us empty. Food is ok but was served luke warm. Despite live band and lowered lighting the place is now family centric so expect to see kids running up and down the place. Not the Quaglinos I used to know

7.5/10I booked for 9 people. I got a conformation for 4. I messaged. Back that it was for 9 and received a message saying booking confirmed. When I arrived your receptionist said I had only booked for 4 in an aggressive manner and she challenged me to produce confirmation which i did. I had no apology. My guests who had arrived early were told I had only booked for four, it was very embarrassing. Your restaurant was too noisy and conversation difficult. The Yorkshire pudding was an impressive size and disappointing quality. The deserts choice was too sugary for half my guests. After paying to travel up to London I was disappointed.

4.5/10I visited the establishment first in 2004. Since then it has descended in quality of service, expediency and the clientele it attracts. Money seems to be the driving force. When the caviar is lacking in taste, the band singer drools over one's partner, and the staff have little ability to distinguish between cutlery required for the food ordered, then one knows the elevated prices ate not worthy. Great for plebs but less so for more seasoned persons.

10/10The restaurant had no record of our booking - Fork take note!! - however they accommodated us very well and we were given a lovely table in front of the stage where a band were playing. Great food. Great Service.

9/10Lovely venue with a really professional singer even at 7pm on a Tuesday. In the past they have had a set menu on quieter days and they could reinstate that. The food was of a good standard and the staff were very attentive.

10/10What a wonderful warm and very special atmosphere. We had an excellent evening. We were struck by the graciousness of the waiters and the ingenuity of the menu all to the backdrop of soothing live singing and music. I didn't see a lift and wondered if there was access for those with disability.

10/10Went there for a Saturday brunch. Mistake was we arrived too early. Music starts about 1 PM so you want to be there around that time, to enjoy a tasty food and few glasses of champagne while listening to live music. Great for day time anniversaries or special occasions. Service is very good. Place gets even better in the evening, live music and dance, I was told. Intend to revisit for a dinner experience next time!

9/10Surprisingly big and high ceiling in this prestige area. Food is okay. To be honest, I come for the musicians. The service also very good. I highly recommend this place to everybody visit London. I will come here at least once a week.
