9.5/10Lovely and quiet - perhaps for catching up with a friend. Food was very good, as was the service. Nice little oasis a stone's throw from London Bridge.

10/10The waiter was extremely attentive and making sure everything was up to our standards. The food arrived very fast and everything was extremely tasty. Very surprised and pleased with this place.

7.5/10Needed to book dinner for 14 people with no notice somewhere central and these guys made it happen. Lovely service, warm and welcoming. The food isn't exceptional but the service and ambience is great.

10/10I was meeting with a few strategic partners and I chose to book here because of the reviews - they said it was a great atmosphere, not too loud so you could have a conversation. The food was very tasty and the staff were great.

10/10Lovely booth reserved for the three of us. Great service - attentive but not intrusive. Food was lovely and well priced for the area. Woudl recommend if youw ant somewhere less hectic than most in the City.

9/10Lovely little restaurant, everywhere was pristine, the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. The lunch menu consisted of various sandwiches, light bites and hot lunches all at very reasonable prices. Will definitely use again

9.5/10We didn't have food, so this rating is for drinks, service and ambience. We had a business meeting and the venue offered different seating options, we shared a booth with a table for both laptops. There was a good selections of teas and these were brought quickly with everything we needed. Friendly and professional staff. The space was light and bright, quiet but pleasant and had free Wifi, we could also use the hotel guest Wifi. I will definitely be back for future meetings.

7.5/10Perhaps not the venue's fault, I was able to book Afternoon Tea time online with TheFork.co.uk for later the same day. When we arrived we were told that same-day reservations were not possible; Chef needed time to prepare. Only after speaking with the manager were we served Afternoon Tea, with no explanation of what changed.

9.5/10We've been there with two kids and high tea at the Quarter Bar was the perfect conclusion of our trip to London. Friendly staff, excellent service and good food. Booking was easy and everything worked out just perfect even though we turned up n hour early. Thank you for this pleasant experience!

10/10All was good and tasty, and a good portion. We had the cocktail afternoon tea, and we were very satisfied. BUT the best part was our waitress, a very friendly woman from Hungary, she was very professional and efficient. We had a great time... Ohhh and the barman was as good as the waitress.

6/10Due to some mix up with the timings, we had to have our tea in the lobby, which for a large party was a bit of a squeeze. The food was fine, nothing special, but definitely not the worst tea I’ve had. For the price it was perfectly nice and my American friends seemed to enjoy themselves enough to make it all worth while.

5.5/10The bar restaurant is nice and a good ambiance. Service and assistance was good, very helpful staff. Food was a disappointment. Not a good selection of sandwiches, At £25 per person, on the cheaper scale, but for what it was not good. Sorry ????

5/10While service is nice and polite this is not a nice tea service. Only 4 teas to choose from. Sandwiches very odd and not very good. There was a 10 pound tea and dessert service so at least we didn’t have to pay for my teens for a full service

10/10My partner had his 60th birthday with afternoon tea and from start to finish we had amazing service The staff were friendly and we had exemplary service Very easy to book online and all extra I asked for to make my partners day special were carried out they even gave him a plate and a cake and candle to blow out as I had requested at booking It’s a stones throw from the shard where we had visited earlier and were given a complementary glass of champagne on production of tickets I wholeheartedly recommend
