We booked in for afternoon tea, but when we arrived, all that was available was drinks and a few bakery items. Don't advertise for afternoon tea, if you do not offer it.

I dined alone for a quick work trip to London and I really enjoyed this place. They set me up with the most beautiful table. I had the golden latte which was to die for and the queens green breakfast. So good. Service was excellent, very attentive even though the restaurant was busy.

I go there frequently. This time service was lacking. Very slow to get staff attention, frequently not looking/no eye contact. Felt awkward. Menu items don't always reflect what you are priced when the bill comes. They need to up their game or soon this sentent will spread and businesses don't often have second chances.

The cafe was busy and has a pleasant, if rather noisy, ambiance. I was, however, kept waiting for my table - my guests arrived before it was ready at 10 minutes after the bookimg time - and the overall service was rather patchy and I had to ask twice for the bill. Food choices were okay, but some items were not available - "because it was busy today". Overall I was happy but not delighted and I will probably not rush back again.

The food was really good and in a convenient location. I ordered the royal breakfast and the portion was big. However, the staff were not responsive and forgot about what we asked for few times.

It was ok. Service was nice but we found that there was not much food for the price actually, quite expensive for what it was. For that price we would have expected either one more toast on the dish or a fancier place.

I've been here before and loved it but today staff were slow and inattentive. We had to ask for menus twice, the drinks took over 20 minutes to come and then the order was wrong. Unfortunately the experience was very inconsistent with the prior time. Disappointing.

What a beautifully realised restaurant. Every aspect of my experience was perfectly judged and delivered by enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. I will certainly return!
