The menu online is not the menu we were provided with when we ate in the restaurant. The staff are lovely, but we were lacking attention on our day we were there and no one came back to our table for a while so we got up to leave not realising that we had to settle our bill because nobody had come to us (we were staying at the hotel and had given our room number, etc)

Little bit disappointed as was looking forward to fish & chips but they were having problems with the kitchen. So had to deal with a so called meat feast fresh pizza, which I don't believe it was. Frozen Shop bought and definitely not worth the £17.95 they were charging.

Food was quite slow considering there was only one other group in there. They forgot one of the meals so it came out separately. They forgot the chips that went with the sandwiches - no mention of it. No offer of sauces etc

Lovely restaurant space (a little quiet when we were there). Very friendly service but at least 3/4hr wait for a single course of food for a group of 9. Food when it arrived was nice, good portions and really tasty. Slightly overpriced (e.g. my steak frites were £17 when I know 10min walk away in Bristol the same would be £13.50). Overall enjoyable and I would go back

We had to wait nearly an hour for food, and the waiting staff had got our orders wrong, and we couldn’t eat at the same time. We were also placed next to a very loud table when the restaurant was very quiet. The food was good when it arrived luckily but even then it wasn’t what I ordered - I just accepted what they brought by this time as I had been waiting so long. Such a shame.

First time back at the lovely Garden Inn since 2019 for a business lunch and it was a great reminder of why I like it here. Delicious, fresh food - I had the superfood salad with salmon and the House burger was eaten with relish by my guest. Great coffee, warm and friendly staff. I'll be coming back soon,

Booked this lovely restaurant for lunch with two friends before visiting the Van Gogh exhibition in Feeder Street. We all had a delicious salad and enjoyed the pretty location and big windows overlooking the square. Would definitely recommend.
