Great service, I took my Brompton and I've forgotten my lock and they put the bike in the offices so it wasn't stolen or anyone would trip over, the food was amazing as well

The smell of cigarette smoke was thick in the air approaching the restaurant. We were sat in a poorly lit section of the restaurant where the smell of smoke was still present. We received the wrong food platter which was fine but we ended up wasting items which we didn’t like / would never have ordered. The missing items were brought out however the rib was so chewy it was inedible. The food was ok, wasn’t blown away by it, would go back again.

Food and service was top notch! It was inbetween lunch and dinner so they had a few tables available. We got a whole booth for us two. Beer was cold and the beef ribs were damn delicious. Got mozzarella sticks and fries as sides- again 5/5. We didn't feel like we had space for a dessert (which by the despcription of the waitress sounded huge ) but we got a couple of espresso martinies. Would recommend. We are deffinitely coming back.

At the start, the music was great, the place looked cool, and we were immediately greeted and brought to a table. After about 5-10 minutes, we were finally asked if we would like any drinks. Our party was also ready to order but the server was not prepared for that, which is understandable. As we were placing the order, the server looked displeased and just had a blank stare for our experience. The server seemed to be in a good mood once during our time there. The food was an authentic experience and we enjoyed it. It also took a long while after we had asked for our check for us to finally get the bill. Overall, we are glad to have the chance to experience it and happy to have had a little taste of home.

Booked ahead, arrived on time to be told table not ready. Waited 15min at the bar and finally given a table, ordered then waited about 40mis for the food arrived. The bugger was cold to the touch and very greasy, same with the chips. I suspect the oil hasn’t been change for some time. Customer service?? NONE the manager was patronising. Worst experience ever.

The restaurant wasn't too crowded, and we were shown to a table straight away. The waitress gave us time to go over the menu, before asking us for our orders. The food arrived still hot straight from the kitchen, and all the flavours were amazing, will defo go again to try something else.

There was a good atmosphere in a nicely themed building. The staff were very friendly and service was good. We picked two different starters and shared. The buffalo wings were delicious, and the pulled pork croquettes were exceptional. We chose a rodeo burger and a gooey Louie burger and fries which were very good. Would we go back? Definitely. See you next time!!

The music was extremely loud that our eardrums were vibrating so we couldn’t even focus on reading the menu and had to leave , felt like we were sat next to the speakers in a very loud night club.

Genuinely suprised by how disappointing it was. Food was cold,bland and overpriced. Server had to make a point to tell our table the platters where priced per person and didn’t understand why because id assumed that , then when it came I understood. Platters are incredibly disappointing and small , you’d think they’re for one person. They’ve clearly had complaints before and are under orders to make it known ahead of time

Nice place greeted and seated quickly by front of house colleagues, food was very good service lacked a bit of care and attention- asked for all the food ordered to arrive at the same time but it arrived in dribs and drabs, getting a second and third round of drinks was not as easy as it should have been and the restaurant was not busy

Amazing food! We went for the Kentucky shared platter and it’s fully defeated 3 of us! Amazing staff too, the Spanish girl was our main waitress and she looked after us so well I can’t thank her enough! I’m so sorry that i can’t remember your name but my brain is in much a food coma!

Great food and great service. We were seated straight away, and given the time to have a drink whilst we looked at the menu. The waitress was helpful, and helped us order, and understand the full menu. The food was well cooked, and plentiful. Will definitely be going back.

Great American-style burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. The burgers are huge and offer great value. We had a single sized burger each and fries to share and this was more than enough. Great friendly service and a cool tavern style interior.
