The climate in the premises was very cold which immediately affected the food. The burger i had was almost cold when i received it with a un toasted white bun. Chicken wings were slightly soggy and no better quality than a serving of wings from wetherspoons. The lighting in the place made it difficult to read and understand the menu and it took some explaining. Prices far too high for the quality of the food. Having been looking forward to visiting there for a treat, ( home is an hour and an half away) it had the ambience of a chain pub and we were disappointed.

Service was very abrupt like everything was a rush and they just wanted us in/out as quick as possible. We ordered a platter and we had to ask for the Mac n cheese which was supposed to be with it. We ordered a meltdown which came without onion rings or garlic mayo! The burger we ordered was raw! Very disappointing visit for a birthday meal.

We arrived 10 minutes early and had to go to the bar and waited 20 mins to get a drink, was seated at our table with menu's and waited another 30 mins to place our order, never got asked if we required a drink, my husband went back to the bar after 20 mins never got served. The food took 40 mins to arrive after ordering yet a table next to us ordered a similar item from the menu and it arrived after 10 mins. Only realised looking at the receipt once home I was charged £10.50 for a none alcoholic drink!! Food is nice but well over priced for what it is, also service was terrible, loads of workers buzzing around but not checked on their tables. I will no be returning which is a shame as I had hi hopes for this place.

We had a platter with burgers and fries. The wings, ribs and sausages were cold, the burgers were ok but lacked flavour and were very messy, barely warm and the contents were sliding out of the bun.

Our first visit so didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed with the food or service. We ordered a starter between us, the best buffalo wings we've tasted, My granddaughter ordered chicken tenders for a main, she did not expect 3 chicken breasts! Really tasty. Double burger for me, couldn't finish it as so big. And the loaded fries were like a meal in itself! Brilliant food but be careful what you order unless you have a massive appetite! Overall brilliant! ????

Arrived 15 minutes earlier than booked asked to wait at the bar only to not even get served taken to possibly the worst table in the restaurant right next to the front door where people are queuing to get in so always got someone stood on your shoulder. Asked for another table told there wasn't any when I could see 3 others empty! Food order was messed up and took ages so all in all not a good experience won't be coming back

Food was nice but really overpriced ordering a burger and then fries as a extra really drives up the price. A small tub of mash with 3 bits of burnt ends for 7.50 is expensive

The food on photos and reviews look really good however, the food I ordered was completely different it didn’t look like it was cooked the best and the taste was similar to follow, however my parter loved her medium burger and service started rocky but became a lot better as the night went on
