Booked a table, went the bar for a glass of wine and a beer beforehand, which costed £16.75. I'm not one for being frugal but to me that was a little steep. Didn't stay around to eat.

Very friendly staff. The food was amazing, very tasty and too much. We ordered the platter for two. It was a lot of food. We had some deserts aswell. The caramel cheesecake was delicious! Drinks were very nice and presentable!❤️We will definitely come back for lunch or dinner, soon!

I had also done a review on trust pilot and thought I'd been quite polite about how bad it was, their response seemed a bit arsey though, so now I'll tell tbe truth. Staff seemed like they had no clue what to do. After waiting for 10 minutes to be seated (that's no problem at all btw), the waiter asked us if we'd ever been before, we hadn't to which he replied "well just look at the menus" which is what we believed the menus were there for in the first place. Our 2 diet cokes cost us £9 which is apparently average. My burger was ok but incredinly oily and my husband got one of the most expensive ones Chronus or something. Now we thought there was chroizo on it with the oil and appearance but it was apparently link sausage. If that is the case a sausage should NOT but chewy and was definitely not cooked correctly. Apparently they're still training staff which is why they have no people skills. The toilets are gruby and £50 for 2 diet cokes and 2 burgers (no fries) is appalling.

The food was good, but it seems the staff were so forgetful . Cutleries and napkins provided only after several remainders. The environment was okay but would be better with some background music which was stopped suddenly. The most disappointing thing is only one chips out of three could be provided as I was told there was a gas problem. However overall experience is still okay.

We had the new York platter between 3 of us, £34 per person! When the platter came out it was mainly filled with a sandwich! In total it was quite an expensive evening but wasn't really worth the prices they was charging.

We go to Red Dog Liverpool very often. I've never been dissapointed. Food is extremely delicious and big portions. The staff is always welcoming, friendly but professional at the same time.

Servers were all great, cuisine was unique, and the restaurant had a great American vibe to it. However, my preconceived notion was that it was a bbq spot. It seemed as though they were rationing all the sauces. A plate of meat should never come with one sauce. Lastly, if you are going to have sweet tea on the menu, keep it in line with the American cuisine and add a ton of sugar!!! Don’t fall short by adding a lemon to your typical English tea, with no sweetener whatsoever, and call it sweet tea. I gave this spot a 6/10 but I would go as high as 7/10. Definitely worth experiencing, at least once, and I do plan to check out the location in London.

I went for a romantic dinner with my partner to Red Dog Saloon. The service was excellent, food was exceptional. The waitress who served us was a Hungarian lady, very helpful and polite. She was looking after us very well. Highly recommended!

Overpriced burgers and fries. The fries were warm and soggy and the burger was a bit dry. Definitely not worth the £56 we paid for 2 burgers and fries and 2 soft drinks. Server was friendly, restaurant wasn’t busy.

On arriving, the staff were bubbly and friendly. We weren't sure on what to order so asked a member of staff their opinion and we definitely weren't disappointed with their suggestion. Great portion sizes and string cocktails.

The restaurant looks really nice, food was really good and will most definitely go back , service could of been better was waiting on a kids meal while we was all getting stuck in, not put me off going back things happen.
