Really lovely afternoon, we enjoyed the spa facilities and then had afternoon tea, the gluten free option is probably one of the best I’ve had ! We had great service and would highly recommend

No ambience no table cloth,no choice of tea given tea without tea leaves, no explanation of sandwiches overall very disappointing as this was a treat for my sisters birthday worse afternoon tea experience i have had .

I took my mum for afternoon tea for her birthday, it was a lovely experience, staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was great and good quality. Really pretty location!

Welcoming at reception and the initial waitress. The serving waitress was OK, said all the right things, It felt a little souless but was clean and well presented. High tea was great.

Ilse was a fantastic host. She made sure we were ok and that the food was good. I came with my wife and we had a nice meal at a reasonable price. Could do with a little more of a restaurant feel.

The staff were efficient ,and friendly. The food was delicious ( I should have ordered a side of vegetables as the a la carte menu didn't come with veg so it would have been handy if the waitress had explained that. But that's not their fault I should have realised. But the food we did have was really good ..definatle compliments to the chef and the staff and it was a very enjoyable experience

The food was very good, and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately during these times they were very short staffed. The views are lovely but the acoustics in the restaurant are poor. Although a chilly May evening the AC was throwing out cold air and, like ourselves, many diners asked to move tables, which was very frustrating for the staff who were already under pressure with service.
