10/10The atmosphere was gorgeous, sophisticated but friendly. The staff were wonderful. I highly recommend the butterfish sashimi, which I'd never had before, and the bluefin tuna tartare.

8/10The miso soup was good but to be excellent needed a greater depth of flavour in the stock , The soft shelled crab tempura was average , the crab rather lost in too much batter etc , the iberrico spare rubs was a brilliant way of serving a classic ingredient but was just a bit overcooked , ordinary pork you might need to do like that , iberrico is different . The duck breast was fair , nicely cooked but the sauce was just too similar to that used on the iberrico , duck needs something a bit different , possibly something sharper . All in all a good experience and all very well presented

3/10Rice was dry and undercooked. Quite poor really for the price point. Service was below average and our sushi order was forgotten. No apologies was given. Would not recommend and would not be back again.

6/10The table we sat at was tilted, but we didn’t realize it until the drink fell over the edge of the table.

3.5/10Food looks and tastes great - but we got food poisoning from there. Needless to say, we will never bed back.

7/10The dishes were good but not exquisite for the price. Nice to try but won't really go back often.

5/10Sadly this didn’t rate as a Michelin Restaurant. The food all arrived together. In a Japanese restaurant the edename, sushi, main course and rice would not arrive all at the same time. The sake flight was a sugary disappointment, not a genuine Japanese experience at all. There are better choices in Bath. Really sorry as we had high expectations.

10/10Our first visit to Robun and even though we had heard good reviews it exceeded all our expectations - the food was an interesting and varied menu of exquisitely cooked and presented delights, some I’d tried before and some were a new experience. The nasu dengaku, the vegetarian gyozas and the wagyu beef tataki were our absolute favourites - thank you to all involved!

3.5/10I never ever left a bad review on fork as all the restaurants booked with 50% promotions were fantastic, but please please please don’t waste your time and money visiting this restaurant and believe the reviews saying that the food is very bland, one of the dishes tasted so off and weird that we had to ask to take it back, not to mention the pork ribs brought to us raw as well, portions are very small, it’s not even worth to eat half price like we did, manager was rude, kept on bringing wrong food to our table and when we said we didn’t order this she said with an attitude “are you sure?” No sorry nothing, felt like a joke, I booked my partners birthday dinner there and we were so disappointed, only one young waiter was professional and polite, only because of him I kept service charge on the bill, otherwise I would have asked to take it off, avoid this place.

7.5/10Lovely little restaurant! Staff was welcoming and helpful. The experience was overall good, but the quality varied across the menu. Really lovely fresh sushi and exquisite cocktails/sake list. Some of the hot dishes lacked flavour and inspiration (e.g., bao buns were missing herbs/aromatics and texture). Given the price point and reputation, this variation was a little disappointing. Overall, Robun is a good option for Japanese centred-Fusion food in the region.

5.5/10The food was good, as you expect at that price. The service was terrible, they seemed annoyed or just like if they did not care. I had to raise that I have food allergy (they didn't ask) and it was very difficult to explain that I have a food allergy, like if it was the first time someone was trying to explain to them that they had a food allergy... We were also reassured that we were able to order additional courses later in the evening and that they would have given us a notice before closing the kitchen. This didn't happen and we left still a bit hungry. It is a shame as the food is nice.

5.5/10Absolutely no greeting when we arrived - we felt actively ignored despite there being 2 people behind the bar (located immediately in front of you as you walk in) & 3 or 4 waiters walking around & between us - I even asked my husband if we were invisible! In the end we approached someone to be told our table wasn’t ready - this is fine & it happens but we were abandoned again - no offer of a drink or a menu to look at - in hospitality surely 1st contact sets the standard? Food: We didn’t have the Sushi & went for the Small Plates instead which were ok but average & expensive for what they were.

9.5/10We visit bath every year at new years. I made sure of it this year to book in advance. We shared a fair few dishes. Our favourites included - Beef Tataki, which was the favourite by far! Soft shell crab was yum, fatty tuna wasn’t the best I’ve had and neither was the black cod but still very good.

5/10Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Firstly, I was seated next to the kitchen, where there was a draft throughout. Beside me, other clients wore jackets due to the cold. Secondly, I ordered Wagyu Sliders, but what I received contained pork instead. It was disappointing. Regrettably, I chose not to say anything and simply wanted to leave that evening. It's a shame because the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, and aside from the pork mishap, the food seemed fresh.
