10/10Helpful friendly staff who were all well trained and you felt would go the extra mile to make sure your visit was a great experience. We arrived a little late due to difficulties parking - worth noting St Giles multi storey only 150 m away. Disappointed the taster menu was not available on a Sunday but the food was good and one item I particularly wanted was accommodated despite not being on the menu. Thank you. Certainly didn’t leave hungry ! We will definitely return and I would happily recommend.

8/10We went for lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant was fairly quiet it being a Thursday. The service was very good. We had excellent starters. However the main course that I chose was the risotto. The small bowl it was served in made it look like a child’s meal/ portion. It was insubstantial. It was tasty but ideally it should have been a slightly bigger portion in an adult sized bowl/plate. The dessert was the star of the show and absolutely delicious- rhubarb and blood orange cheesecake deconstructed. Really saved the day.

9/10We were super excited to be going here and wasn't disappointed. We had the 5 course taster menu and some of the food was incredible, only let down by a heavy carrot cake for dessert. The wine flight was excellent and paired brilliantly with each course. The staff were informative and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend

7/10We had a really enjoyable evening and the food was of a good quality but perhaps just a bit rich for a tasting menu. Service was delightful - but there was just too long a wait between courses. Great venue and a great location.

10/10An amazing evening ( 3.5 hours. Myself and my wife had the 7 course tasting menu and the wine flight. The food ambience and service were impeccable. A beautiful evening.

9/10The fishes were great just not very much of it. I know some people go to a restaurant to admire and observe I like to go to eat. My problem I guess just tiny plates of food and didn’t feel it was a restaurant for dining more a place to observe and mini taste interesting and unusual dishes. Probably not a place to go if you are hungry!

Absolutely the most amazing restaurant we have been too. It was my husband birthday & they made us so welcome & looked after so well. The staff were very attentive & what do I say about the food!! OUT OF THIS WOULD!! Thank you so much this is our favourite restaurant every!!

+5We thought the food was fantastic. We had the lunch tasting menu. Only one item was omitted because of wheat allergy. Dessert was our favourite course. We would have liked more information on the various wines in the wine flight.

5.5/10By 11.00 pm we had only been served 4 courses of a 7 course meal. Staff were very apologetic. We left as we had been there 2 1/2 hrs already. Obviously something went wrong.

8/10Then food presented was amazing from start to finish with tiny flourishes that surprised us. One thing that was quite disappointing was how slow the service was that night. Not sure if it was due to staff shortage. We sat down at 730pm and finished at 11pm. We skipped the coffee and petit fours as we didn’t want to stay any longer. But otherwise, we enjoyed the food very much.

8/10The service was fine but could be a little more natural. The food was interesting and enjoyable. Ambience as ever was warm and comfortable. Just a little point, it was a bit odd to have a five course menu but the last course, coffee, had an additional amount of money to enjoy this.

8/10Found the food a little disappointing. The canapes were the best bit! The meat was all a little dry and tasted overcooked and the dessert was just sweet with no relief. The cheese was lovely. The wines were excellent and nicely paired and the staff were superb

7.5/10A little disappointed food was nice and service was ok but things I expect from a restaurant of this quality some thigs just weren't right. I was going to book a private dining experience for partners 40th spending over £1000 for 12 people, but will now look to go elsewhere, shame as it was treat for Saturday lunch and didn't quite live up to me expectations

10/10Asked in advance for romantic table, and we were indeed given a lovely table. The service was informed, polite and just right and the food was marvellous with a good choice of wines. We were already planning a return visit before we left. Thank you for a lovely birthday lunch.

8/10The food and wine flight were top notch, very tasty. The waiting staff were really friendly and helpful although didn’t seem that knowledgable about the food and wine. Probably due to the current state of the industry right now. We had a great night anyway and really enjoyed the food.

10/10The whole experience was totally divine. We arrived early but Tim welcomed us wonderfully. We were celebrating friendship and birthdays. We all love fantastic food, nice wines and an ambience that enables 3 women to talk, laugh and reminisce about our friendship. The champagne and wine was gorgeous and the food was presented like a picture. The quality was amazing, perfect textures and colours which just made it an experience and pleasure to eat. Tim our devoted waiter was amazing and a character in his own right - professional, polite and courteous from start to finish. He enabled us to enjoy our time at pace without being over attentive. He was just perfect. We had the most wonderful time in a setting that was calm, comforting and welcoming. We will be returning and thanks to all involved who made our day fabulous. Debra

9.5/10Lovely lunch a couple of days ago - just what you would expect from fine dining, small but delicious dishes (small in a good way), beautifully presented and amazing tastes. Restaurant was a little quiet so maybe a little subtle background music would be nice but otherwise perfect, and lovely staff too. It was a special occasion, and it felt special - will be back.

10/10Dinner for my daughter's 18th Birthday. The taster menu was perfect for the whole family including my 15 year old daughter. We all enjoy food from around the world, but this was their first experience of fine dining and a taster menu. Such a wonderful way of experiencing different food combinations, textures and taste. Looking at their reaction to flavours never tried before was wonderful. We had a lovely meal and the service was excellent. Thank you for looking after us.

10/10This little restaurant is absolutely outstanding. Food, service and atmosphere were excellent and we highly recommend it! It has been our second visit and we will certainly be back in the very near future
