6/10Service was a little all over the place, we were advised that our main meals would be delayed because of a rice issue, only for them to arrive within seconds - which is obviously fine. My main issue however was that I could not have low alcohol beer with the set £20 meal. All 4 of us choose the £20 meal as it looked great value. I asked to spend the extra 25p to upgrade to the no-alcohol beer (the fact that its more expensive is already ridiculous), only to be told “we don’t have a button for that”…. So very much a “computer says no” senecio. Lastly one of our party couldn’t enjoy the £20 deal as “Summertrime” rolls were not available and the Spring rolls are not vegan apparently, forcing our vegan diner have a more expensive option. Food was great, but I think your £20 meal offer needs work

7/10Really great food, though be aware that it is very very very hot. Hottest Penang with so many chillies, if you like it hot this is the place to go! I will go back but I will be ready this time to ask for milder dishes. My husband had the Thai Green Curry and that was also extremely hot! Beware of the one - three chilli rating… Two chilli’s made my tongue swell and I couldn’t speak, my husbands whole face went numb with his three chilli rated curry.

5.5/10Slow service downstairs. Waited ages for a server to even ask if we wanted a drink. Then they brought 2 uninspiring (but expensive) cocktails and forgot to bring us water. We ordered starters and mains and they all arrived at the same time, lukewarm and like they’d been sat around for a while. Small main portions too. Food was ok but nothing special. Wouldn’t return.

6/10Really nice food but don’t go on a busy day - we went pre gig and sat downstairs. Although they tried they just couldn’t keep up with a full restaurant. Drinks didn’t arrive until we’d finished to the food and then no one was around to ask for our bill. I

4.5/10The food was good. I enjoyed my pad thai. The price range is the same with other restaurants in the vicinity. However, the portions are too small. Everything was too small. Especially the rice. It was just half a small bowl for 3£. And 3 small spring rolls for 7£. We won’t be coming back again. I can go to other asian/asian fusion restaurants and pay the same amount, and my belly would be busting.

8.5/10Alfie has been amazing, the service is fast and the food is good! The starter was ok, but the noodles were absolutely great, so tasty! The price is ok for the noodles. A bit high for the veggie platter, quantity, and quality speaking. The place is nice. The lighting could be improved, but that's a personal choice. Overall, it was a nice experience.

9.5/10The food was outstanding, fresh clean flavours that lingered on the pallet. Quite possibly the best Thai food I have eaten in the UK. The wine list though does need an update!

Such a wonderful meal at Rosa's Thai. The service was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious! My partner practically shook the chefs hand in celebration of the Duck and pineapple curry. Lovely experience. Hope to visit again.
