I haven’t been for years, so after visiting Victoria branch recently I thought I try Ealing as it was a good location for all of us to travel home easily. The waiter with the pink & green hair was absolutely amazing!. He paid attention to detail & was very helpful with all our requests & questions. The restaurant was very cold so he made sure that the heating went on as he felt our hands & saw me shivering. The food was piping hot on arrival and I was very pleased with my option as a vegan & the veg platter was enjoyed by all, which consisted of summer rolls, spring rolls, fried tofu, corn fritters with sweet chilli & another savoury sauce. Unfortunately 2 of my guests stirfried rice was extremely oily & the prawns in the rice had no flavour. The pork skewers I was told was delicious as well as the popcorn prawns. I really enjoyed the sauces they provided with the platter & had more sauce for my mains.. My bbroccoli & red curry was delicious but the rice needed lots of salt.

I was disappointed in general as I have been to Other Rosa’s and both the food and the experience wasn’t the same. When we arrived a lady with the glasses working there pulled a face as she saw that we were with a toddler ( our daughter). We asked for a baby chair and again her face was unimpressed and bored. Not really the type of service you wish to see. The guy with the hearing was very nice instead and nice to our baby. The kids meal was awful e.g. the vegetables and the way they were presented I wouldn’t have given it to my dog. Old not fresh and not even cut properly. The rice was per made and again we did not want that. I wouldn’t suggest the kids meal. The overall experience wasn’t great and I won’t be going back there!
