Staff were amazing, generous and very accommodating to our dietary requirements. Portions were big and tasty! Amazing value for money. The restaurant was super busy so it meant it ended up being a bit noisy and the food took a little while to come out, but other than that, I really can’t complain! Would def recommend!

6/10Normally a big fan but our girls night was total shambles. The place was quite loud and being 5 on a table for 4 left us with very little space. We were specifically asked if we wanted starters 1st and were given 2/3 starters and a main course 1st...then had to wait 30 mins for the rest to arrive. Nothing was really done to accelerate the service which was not really attentive. No water refills, not asked for more drinks... Which we would have drunk if asked!! Food was ok but slow service left a bad taste in our mouth.

8.5/10Lovely food. Great value. There was an issue with fairy lights flashing on and off as the plug was beneath someone’s chairs. The service was a bit slow and didn’t get everything we ordered but were too full for all the pudding off the set menu anyway.

9.5/10The restaurant was very busy when we arrived, therefore our table was not ready. They asked if we would mind waiting 20 minutes. We said no and headed to the pub across the road for a quick drink. When we arrived back at the restaurant we were given a table and a free drink for having to wait. We had our meal which was delicious, as always. When we asked for the bill we noticed that they had given us a 25% discount because my sister only had water. In spite of how busy they were, we felt that we were well looked after, the food was good and the service excellent! We will definitely go back.

8/10The chicken wings I ordered as a starter looked and tasted like they were not freshly made but from a freezer bag sort, like the chicken wings used in Chicken Shops, Takeaway. The basket contained four, there were tiny and one was just bones. The staff replaced the piece of bone after I complained. Pad Thai was nice, Iced Tea was good, staff very friendly and effective. Could be a bit quieter, place is tiled, but it's difficult in general to find restaurants with good sound proofing, noise management.

Restaurant was busy when we arrived. We were directed to one area then turned around and sat at the door. This was a busy area with people coming and going. We waited around 15 minutes before our order was taken. Once it arrived, the food was delicious. When the bill arrived, it did not include the Fork special offer discount but this was applied when pointed out.

7.5/10Had to wave at staff a few times to get their attention to order and similarly also to pay. Partly my fault, but I also realised 20 mins after paying that they forgot to apply the fork discount.

8/10The food was tasty, with a Thai-inspired flavor (not authentic Thai), and the spicy margarita was delicious. The restaurant was very busy at about 7 PM, yet the staff was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my 30% Fork discount wasn't applied to the bill, and we ended up paying the full price without realizing it. :-(

8/10well they had our booking and there was no problem with discount. it was very busy and very loud and we were xheek by jowl with other tables, not the quiet table I had requested. both curries. were flavoursome and the broccoli excellent. however we couldn't wait to get outside.

4.5/10The staff are the only good thing about the restaurant. The food was absolutely awful. The port skewers were inedible, meat tasted odd, grisley and rubbery. My salad was okay and my husbands pad Thai prawn dish was bland and not appetising. Will never go to a Rosa's Thai again.

6/10The staff weren’t very friendly and we felt rushed to place our order. Our bill was brought to our table while onr person at our table was still drinking her wine. It was obvious that they wanted us out. After 2 hours, we were asked to leave because the table had been reserved for other customers. It’s very busy and noisy and difficult to have a conversation. The food was ok - guess it’s what you expect these days - overpriced for what you get. I paid £21 for curried chicken and rice which included service charge.

10/10The restaurant was very busy when we arrived, so we were expecting to have to wait a bit before being served. However, that was not the case. They immediately took our drinks order and then 5 mins later came back and asked if we’re ready to place our food order. We weren’t quite ready so they gave us a little more time. The food was delicious and the service was good and fast, even though they were very busy! This is an excellent restaurant and I highly recommend it, but I think it’s better to book in advance because they get very busy.
