9/10Food was great! Tasted authentic and felt like rustic homemade food. Service was excellent as well. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable about the wines too go with the food and in general was very courteous. Portions were adequate. I'd recommend this place!

10/10My colleague and I met two people for a business lunch here. Everyone commented on the quality of the food and the nice atmosphere. It made a lovely change from a chain restaurant. I’ll definitely come back.

10/10Fantastic service and authentic Italian cuisine. Full bar and great Italian wines and beer. Food prepared to perfection. My salmon was amazing. Prices are reasonable. A keeper for sure!!

3.5/10I went with friends. One dish of pasta overcooked. Mine undercooked. Toilets were awful. Decided to go elsewhere

Good morning That we undercook our pasta sometimes we leave it too al dente but over cook almost impossible as we use timers. One of the pasta you had is quite thick for the seafood and will always taste firm. Our toilets are very clean but in a very old building and we are limited to what we can do to them. From our records your dinner lasted two hours and it would have been nice and helpful to have been advised during that time of any problems.

10/10We dined as a group of 6, and we were all very happy with our meals and experience! We enjoyed 2 bottles of wine, 3 appetizers, and a main course each. Everything was incredible. Highly recommend and look forward to dining again next time we visit London!

9.5/10A local gem. Sit outside in the small courtyard for lunch on a sunny day and you might be a continent away. The food was excellent and the service swift and friendly. I will be back.

6.5/10Have been here many times and love the food but the service and environment leave a lot to be desired. Whether upstairs or on the main floor, the dining room gets warm and sometimes smoky from the kitchen. It's a small restaurant but they pack it tight. Not sure if its a ventilation issue or just an unwillingness to turn on the AC but it's become a recurring issue. Service has also lost its focus as I had to repeatedly ask for water and told yes, only for it to never arrive. I'm doing my business meals elsewhere from now on. Sad cause I genuinely do love the food but environment and service just don't cut it.

Good morning As previous we are very sorry of you not feeling well. On that day we sold 14 dishes containing fresh clams and mussels as per our computer sales record and as I explained such a reaction is usually from an allergy. Please provide us with a medical record. Your comments are very unfair as we have a very strict control and very good record.

8/10We had a table for 10 on the Monday before Christmas. Nice atmosphere, good service, no rush for us to leave, food tasted great although for the price I would have expected the portions to be slightly larger. We enjoyed the evening.

8/10The food was incredible, so tasty, there were clean plates everywhere. Delicious. My lower rating though is because the restaurant is advertised as dog friendly, I even called to double check. When we brought our very tiny small, chi dog into the restaurant, the older gentlement who works there was actually quite rude to my friend and said the dog must stay on the floor and that they are unsanitory to have on your lap. we would never let the dog on furniture or the table, but to suggest in quite a rude manner that they are dirty and also just the manner in which he looked at us and the pooch made us all feel really uncomfortable. It continued throughout the meal At one point the wee pooch jumped on to her owners lap (for a very quick moment) and the man came over and pointed to the floor quite aggressively. I guess my point is, that a good and delicious meal can be ruined easily by being made to feel uncomfortable and that if you're going to say you're dog friendly in, you probably need to like them and you know, be friendly? We also were given the wrong bill and overcharged but this was rectified quickly.

10/10Rucoletta is a well established much loved Italian restaurant with a loyal following in the heart of the City of London, we revisited it, & had a fun night as did most other diners including the vicars from St. Paul's Cathedral, some market luminaries and our crowd of city dwellers. Food - large portions, excellent quality - drink - a comprehensive list of wines to suit all - and fine service. Enjoy it.

10/10What a lovely little family run Italian place near St Pauls. AMAZING food, starters through dessert, and the perfect place for a family or group of colleagues!! Highly recommend.
