Turned up for an accepted booking that didn’t seem to exist and were told to wait until something came up in a full restaurant. Staff could not have cared less and we left. Booking a table here does not mean anything.

Been patronizing Sadaf (Westbourne) for more than 10 years now but more recently, Kensington High Street branch. Food quality always consistently good and so delicious!!! Will always head to Sadaf whenever we are in London.

Service was shockingly bad, we were basically rushed out of the door after some fair to lacklustre food. Two of our party had been here before a few years ago and were incredibly disappointed by the decline in standards.

The food is delicious. No doubt one of the best Persian restaurant in london. The staff are amazing. Mainly Javad and the person who makes the bread. Hands down one of the best staff ever, very welcoming. This is why we recommend this place to all my friends.

Good is ok for the most part. Meats are sub par compared to other Iranian restaurants in London. The bread is really nice. Service is not too friendly. Staff are rough around the edges and need plenty of coaching how to welcome clients and handle client requests.

This wonderful Persian restaurant serves delicious Iranian food in the heart of Kensington. The portions are generous, delicious and the menu extensive pack with delicious varieties that leave you wanting for more. The servers were extremely helpful and attended to the guests with a smile even though the restaurant was packed!

Starters tasted good, got some dips but they don't come with any bread so have to order that separately. Ordered mixed grill for 2 as main that had chicken and lamb in various forms and all of them tasted the same!! The only flavour they used was saffron, that's all you could taste, even after an hour. Paying £58 for a dish for 2 people that has no taste is absolutely extreme and disappointing. The waitress also didn't come around to take order or check on us at all, we had to call other waiter to come twice as one just walked away after we said we would like to order. I would never return here, and would definitely not recommend. Way too expensive for this experience!!

A nice restaurant, with good food. Some waiters had a bad attitude, they were standing around doing nothing and still avoiding eye contact when you needed something. But others were good and helpful. Some flies hanging around the food which wasn't the best, could've also put some music on. But overall, a good experience. Best thing was the food

The staff at the restaurant was very good except the owner manager who was RUDE and did not know how to rest customers. He was repeatedly rude and made our experience bad. The team working was very nice and I am sure they all have same issues with the manager….. he doesn’t deserve to be at the restaurant as he doesn’t know how to speak to lady customers and how rude he can be.
