7/10Nice food but not exceptional. Very reasonably priced. Hassled to place order before we'd even taken our coats off. One very pushy server, others friendly.

10/10Amazing food. As a vegan there were plenty of options and the mushroom biryani was a particular highlight! Great staff and service too!

10/10By far the best Indian food we have had in a very long time . Very fresh and full of flavour . Service was amazing also and the restaurant was surprisingly much bigger and nicer than the pictures. Would definitely recommend!

9.5/10Recently opened restaurant with wide ranging menu including choices not usually seen, along with favourites. Always happy to see curry leaves in dishes for authentic flavour. Friendly and professional service, will return.

10/10We booked a table for my wife's birthday and made them aware ein the booking they where fantastic. They put a little banner up for us and the service was excellent. The food was some of the best Indian I ever had and some of the new items on the menu where amazing. Well worth the visit and we will be back again soon becuase we was very impressed.

8/10We got a very warm and friendly welcome from staff on our arrival. We are both born in Southern Indian but lived in UK since we were 4. The food we ordered in this restaurant was so authentic and reminded us both of our mum's cooking. Each dish we had was amazing and reasonably price and with Forks 30% discount made it even more delicious. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. Thank you and well done Saffron Indian Restaurant in South Croydon we will definitely be back and we will also recommend you to our friends and family.
