I was looking for a good South Indian Vegetarian Thali without Onion and Garlic.. It was as authentic as it could get. Relishable and great service. Will visit again whenever I like to have South Indian when in London.

best dosa and puri I've had in London and a surprise as I was assuming a touristy take given the location. decor is simple but the whole experience is 10/10 for price and what you get. highly recommend the ghee dosa and chamna batura. Veda was great too

always a fan of this chain. normally go to Soho branch. I found service was a little slower. one of my items was not ordered and served, no one came to check if we had received all our items. luckily we had not been charged for this item. The dose was tasty, so no complaints about the food

We were directed to upstairs, which has no ambience at all, and the bench chairs are uncomfortable,, the staff never smile, had to keep calling a waiter over to serve us, I ordered a dosa,, which was okay..it didn't have much flavour.. just a 1/4 filled with a few dollops of potato..and onion..which was very bland...it came with some white dip and two other little dips..the white one wasn't nice, the other 2 were quite nice..the sides, onion bhaji and some potatas, the potatoes were quite tasty but the potatoes were old, the onion bhaji were covered it a thick dried batter, and defiantly wasn't fresh...there were 5 of us, all had Dosas of some kind..non of the others were overly impressed with the food..one of us had a dose.. nothing inside they brought up the inside after ..which wasn't great...bill for 5 £120...we knocked off the £15 service charge as the service was dismal, unhelpful, and miserable staff..I think that's the only time the staff spoke, when I repeated "take of service

This was my second visit, there's so much choice on the menu that we allowed the waiter to choose and suggest a shared meal for 5 people, a couple of starters and 5 mains. We were not disappointed; it's along way from the Lake District, but we'll be back!

Nice place good locale. My dosa was stale and cold like it'd been made well in advance - and came suspiciously fast ! My friends was much better and cut up nicely. So I guess it depends what you order. Our waiter emphasised that the service charge was not something he actually got himself so that was unfortunate as tips should go to the staff

The food tasted excellent, the use of spices in each dish..we had he thalis. Both vegan a veggie were all so good...we will defo go back to try some of the dishes, they are definitely trying new dishes here, not your boring run Of he meal indian...I would say excellent food
