From start to finish; to service and the quality of the food; the experience was delightful. Genuine place with knowledgeable staff. You can skip the side dishes as the star of the show is indeed the meat itself. Next time we’ll try the fish at it seems quite a hit as well. If you’re looking for authentic basque cuisine, look no further.

Authentic basque Spanish food (take it from a Spaniard). I think it’s the best Spanish food I’ve had abroad ever. The restaurant is beautiful, central and the waiters were incredibly helpful and nice. And every single plate was delicious, which is so hard to find. I will be coming back as much as I can.
