10/10We enjoyed our meal so much that we returned the very next day to try the rest of the menu. Lovely service and venue. We sat inside as we like to see the kitchen. The Angus steak with black salt was probably dish of the holiday! Tuna, monkfish, black pork, mini burgers, chicken skewers, prawns were fabulous- need I go on?!

7.5/10Food was really nice. There was incense burning in the bar area - wafting out to the eating area - which could be nice if that kind of thing doesn't bother you. And, perhaps this is typical of the Algarve, the wait staff had limited knowledge of Portuguese food/drink specialties.

Good afternoon, we dont have any incense at the restaurant, but we have 1 of the best sellers cocktails that is angry zombie that we burn cinnamon to garnish. Yes we have 2 members of the staff they dont speak Portuguese, but if you request we can have a waiter just for your table. best regards

10/10Celebrating my daughter's 20th birthday. Food and service were excellent. They even brought dessert out with a candle and the staff all sang Happy birthday. It was a lovely treat. Would definitely recommend.

7/10Nice surroundings. Felt like the service was was overboard - server coming over far too often and felt like we had to answer questions ever few minutes. Base taste of food was good but a bit overpowering. Overall not great.

4.5/10A titanic experience. All started well and then went down hill. A warm welcome and a central table for 2, though it took a while for anybody to offer service. No problem, we were out for the evening. 1. Sparkling water ordered - still delivered. 2. A sauce dressing for a mains was requested in a separate vessel, but delivered all over the meat. Re-cooking meant that I either had to eat alone or wait for the new food to arrive. (Plus, having spoken with the manager later I got the impression that somebody else was presented with food that was originally ours). 3. Having completed our mains we suddenly became invisible - nobody came to pour wine , offer a dessert/coffee menu or ask if we wanted our bill. The evening then became a 45minute+ session of watch and wait. Customers who came in after us were served full meals and paid the bill. Eventually we had to ask for our bill. Only a cursory and insincere apology was offered. Others seemed to be having a pleasant evening.

10/10Fantastic choice for our evening in Vilamoura. The reviews do paint the perfect picture. The restaurant itself is styled nicely very modern cool vibe. The food was 10/10 every dish tasted great, not much of a wait either. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would return if ever back in Vilamoura.

10/10This is the best restaurant to eat in Vilamoura. Food is on trend and prepared in a modern open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. Service is always excellent. It never disappoints. Cant wait to return.

10/10The reviews on line are great. Just as good when you get there. The food is excellent. You can watch the kitchen as you eat. It’s so clean. The staff are fun and do their jobs really well. Highly recommend it.

10/10Really excellent food - open glass box kitchen really is special - full transparency to see the excellent chefs in action - always a good sign. Puddings as incredible as mains. Just fantastic tasting tapas dishes - probably the best place in Vilamoura to eat.

10/10Great evening as always. Good food, friendly staff & nice atmosphere. Ate oysters, tuna & salmon bowl, with a nice glass of Sauvignon. Restaurants just off the Marina (like Salmora) are generally better & better value. Lovely indoor & outdoor seating setup.

10/10This was my second visit, I absolutely love the food. Cocktails are great and staff are fab. The only thing to be aware of is that the menu has very few vegetarian options, that said the staff kindly made some vegetable tacos for my friend. Can't wait ro return xXx

10/10Absolutely first class. Best this week, we will Defs be back before end of our trip. Amazing menu, lovely setting, superb food, superior service. Our young lady waitress was an absolute star, a real pleasure, very polite and helpful, made the evening.

9.5/10As regular visitors to Vilamoura, we always return to this fantastic restaurant. The food is incredible here folks, head and shoulders above anywhere else in or around the marina. Be sure to ask the host to provide recommendations for you or your group and then be prepared to be blown away. The service is excellent too - knowledgable staff with the ability to adapt to your needs. It's a solid 5 star experience. Enjoy!

9.5/10My wife and I enjoyed a smashing dinner at Salmora. Food quality was very high with each and every member of the team incredibly attentive from start to finish. This is highly recommended; Maybe off the beaten track and not overlooking the port, however do not let this put you off as it's exceptional food and drink. We'll be back 100%

10/10HIDDEN GEM with excellent staff and absolutely delicious cuisine. Sou Vide octopus, steak tartare to die for and the best mushroom risotto with a port reduction that I intend on using at home. BUT the absolute best was the carpaccio with fois Gras: OMG!
