9/10Another great visit to Sam's where once again food was superb. We took advantage of the 50% off offer which is fantastic value for money. Staff as always were friendly and polite and would definitely recommend you visit if you've not previously been.

9/10this was our 3rd visit to sams as always food was plentiful and very good. only slight problem was there seemed to be a bit of a problem using fork we were told on arrival that they only honour so many at a time. this should not be a problem for the customer maybe more communication between sams and the fork would be helpful. all in all I would highly recommend Sams

Food was delicious and came out at a good time. Chloe, Mel and Cheryl were very helpful and recommended the jimmy style which was lovely! food was 10/10 staff where super friendly and made lots of time for everyone even tho was very busy will definitely be back!

8/10I loved my meal at Sam's restaurant staff were great service 1st class disappointed with fork as did not get my 50% discount as what I had booked for as restaurant says only 1st 10 get 50% off this was not stated to me when I booked now I had to pay full price for my meal which was very disappointment as I would not have booked had i had known this in advance staff not not tell me this when I entered the restaurant as I sial I booked through Fork Fork has to tell customers this point.8

Unfortunately we would not have been able to know that you have tried to book our special offer, once we have reached capacity all other bookings come in as normal. This is a complaint you should take up with The Fork and has no reflection on our food or service

8/10Such a shame that the restaurant closes at 9pm. Always feel rushed out as staff sweep up before we have finished our meal. However while there we do enjoy the food, service and ambience. Just be prepared to eat early. We booked for 6.30pm and were last to leave at 8.55pm. Think I'll consider it a place to go for lunch rather than dinner from now on

10/10Staff very friendly, there was 7 of us 5adults 2 children, we were all served together nobody was left waiting on there meal. Food was very warm and tasty. We all enjoyed our afternoon

10/10Staff Really friendly and welcoming. Food amazing. Had an itison voucher but would definitely go back without a voucher as food was delicious. Good to have a local restaurant that has good food. BYOB is definitely a bonus.

6.5/10Food was pleasant, but really overpriced for what it was. Pasta was tasty, but sparse in portion and very little chicken in it. Kids food also very overpriced. Wouldn’t hurry back as found it really quite expensive, city centre prices in a poor location. Don’t understand why it’s rated so highly in all honesty.
