7/10We’ve been before, and had excellent meals before. My husband’s calzone was excellent as always, but my lasagne was a bowl of sloppy pasta with no discernible layers and very disappointing. The first serving I got was burnt in one area, and the replacement wasn’t like anything resembling any lasagne I’ve seen before. My husband’s dessert was lovely, an almond and apple crumble but my millefeuille was bust a couple of pieces of baked puff pastry, cream and a couple of tinned strawberries topped with a flavourless mango purée. Always disappointing to have food served to me way below any standard I could have made myself at home for 10% of the cost

Hi Gerry; We at San Giorgio are always happy to receive feedback’s!!! Although this time I think you are confusing us with a different restaurant!!! I don’t remember serving you calzone or lasagna!!! Apple crumble???? Mille fuoglie???? We don’t even have it on our menu…🧐 Please can you make sure this review is removed and review the right restaurant as this may desencoraje potential new customers!!! We appreciate your support!!! 7.5/10Nice restaurant and great staff. Music was very loud and tables too close together despite being a very large venue. Absolutely overpowering odour of garlic upon entry. Had to wash coats and hair to remove

10/10The food and atmosphere is fantastic! Its always quite busy but not too loud so nice to be able to hear each other talk. The service is good and the owner Paulo is exceptionally friendly. The food is delicious. The decor is warm and inviting. A lovely experience.

10/10We are a group of 13 friends and we all love meeting up at San Giorgio every six weeks and enjoying the lovely food served by a friendly management again and again. We celebrated 2 years of San Giorgio meet ups and here's to many, many more!

10/10We are visiting UK from Australia and have enjoyed the hospitality in this wonderful country. Must say that our evening dinner at Sam Giorgio was truly stunning in every aspect. The hospitality, the food, the wine, and the interaction with the staff made it a wonderful night. Thank You and look forward to going back on our next trip to UK ! 6.5/10Under new ownership, our 3 course meal was over-priced for the area, which is in a no-man's land between North Finchley and Whetstone. Newly introduced cover charge per person + an increased 12 .5 % service charge contributed to the high total cost. Only one vegetable included with the main course rather then 2 previously. Desserts tasted bland and disappointing (Tiramisu/Apple Pie).

10/10We had a really enjoyable family Sunday lunch in San Giorgio - pizzas were superb as always, the desserts went down a treat and the warm and welcoming atmosphere and service was exemplary. The restaurant’s new management seem to be doing an excellent job. It was my brother’s birthday - and they brought dessert with candles and marvellous happy birthday singing!!

9.5/10We always enjoy Sangiorgio. We had our wedding reception at its former reincarnation, Alfresco. However last night was a bit off. We asked for a window table and didn't get it. One cocktail we ordered was strawberry 🍓 but we got lemon 🍋. Little details like that matter on a £200 night out.
