7/10Service was very good. Although we must of asked for more water at least 5 times during dinner. Super friendly staff. Reason I would not return is that the pasta was soooo overcooked, it was a shame as the mussels in the dish were delicious. The tiramisu was served in a cereal type bowl & the espressos were served in massive coffee cups which was all rather odd & not in fitting with the restaurant. Beautiful dining room.

10/10Bit early and waiting for a 3rd to arrive. Warm welcome at reception, taken to the bar for pre-drinks. Our last guest arrived, we were shown to our table. Waiting staff very attentive, but not in your face. Food was great as was the service. I had risotto, this ranks in my top 5, 2 of being at the mandarin oriental, so the food is really really good. The high ceilings & art in the dome, give a real special feel to the restaurant. We will return - Thanks San Remo

8.5/10Pizza was delicious and good value with fork discount, they confirmed it was a fork booking and pointed out what was excluded. Nice setting but quite empty so not much atmosphere, as many staff as guests.

10/10A very special restaurant. Food, service and ambience all top drawer. We have spent alot of time in various parts of Italy and have experienced wonderful food. The food at SanRemo is very authentic and reminded me of our trips to Italy. Wine not overpriced. Staff very knowledgeable and respectful. Do not leave this restaurant without trying the truffle Arancini ... to die for. I will return and order 10 of them 😋

6/10Ordered Calamari to start which is just okay. For the main, had Ravioli Aragosta which was very bland. My partner had Bruschetta to start was just fine, though she enjoyed the Tuna Steak which was her main dish.

10/10The ambiance, the food was excellent and the service was amazing too. We were well looked after. We went to celebrate mine and a friend’s birthday and we were pleasantly surprised by a birthday treat at the end which was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning. The only negative was noticing management complaining in front of customers to one of the waiting staff. We didn’t find this at all professional. You should never complain to a member of staff in front of customers. It is so unprofessional and unfair on the member of staff. However, we felt we were very well looked after so we have no complaint about the waiting team. Very attentive and excellent service.

From the minute we walked in the service was so warm, so welcoming and so friendly. The choice on the menu was brilliant, I have dietary restrictions/requirements and they were super accommodating with it. The food was some of the best I have ever eaten, portion sizes were generous and so tasty. Nothing was too much trouble from any of the staff. The atmosphere was so nice too, considering it was a Monday night as well. The decor is beautiful, the cherubs and the paintings are so cute. The choice of cocktails was also impressive. Genuinely can’t recommend highly enough, shame we’re not local or we would be going there regularly

2/10the worst experience we’ve ever had in a restaurant! waited in a queue for 20 minutes even though we had a reservation, and we didnt get a table straight away! we got seated at the bar for 10 minutes. when being shown to our table, the waitress thought we were a party of 4, brining along another couple to the table with us! when we arrived at the table upstairs, it wasnt even clean or laid/prepared ready for guests. 30 minutes later we finally get asked for our order. after placing the order, we quickly realised the frustration upon other customers faces with the wait for food. we decided to cancel our order and left, 2 other tables followed suit! just seemed like poor management, and over booking!!

5.5/10Our initial service was great, Our waitress was really attentive and friendly. We had a bottle of wine and some bread and oil, but then things went down hill as we were eating over an hour for our main meals, we had finished our bottle of one and the meal still hadn’t arrived I raised it with the manager and the waitress apologised for the second time, saying there a communication issue with the kitchen. He food then arrived and unfortunately mine was cold I had the lamb with puréed cauliflower and mushroom it was tasty but cold. My wife’s was fine. But this was not the experience I expected from a high end restaurant in Bath.

10/10We went for my mom's birthday; everything was super delicious, the service was delightful and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Such a nice surprise, I'll certainly visit again when I go to Bath.

3.5/10Arrived on time, the table wasn’t ready had to wait 30 minutes for the table. Queue of people waiting at the bar. Ordered a porn star martini cocktail which was nothing but syrup, horrendous. The olive and bread for the table was okay, however, calamari for a starter rubbery and tasteless. Cancel the main course.

5.5/10We visited having read previous great reviews and were left very disappointed. We ordered bread to share as a starter and 5 minutes after this arrived our main courses were brought to the table. The table next to us had the same issue. We both ordered pasta which bore no resemblance to what it was described as and was similar to what you’d expect to get in a tourist trap in Rome. The cocktails we ordered were watery and disappointing. The restaurant lacked atmosphere had a frantic air about it and we left after an hour feeling very underwhelmed and will not be back.

6.5/10Before I could sit down I was asked if I would like olives. I asked for a moment to make myself comfortable. I was then ignored completely for about 10 minutes. My food was fine but I did not feel wanted. Throughout my visit I was ignored.

The warm welcome from very friendly staff, elegant and airy dining room and exceptional food made this restaurant a total joy to visit. They were able to offer a very good selection of gluten-free food for a celiac diner, at no time did we feel hurried and nothing was too much trouble. The food was exquisite!

7.5/10Great service but a little over friendly, and offer you items like water which has a high cost. Food was nice but if you didn’t ask what it comes with you’d end up hungry. Price …. Very expensive. Would not go again.
