The restaurant didn’t applied 30% off in the bills , after I asked to check up and then they put it on.

Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Ambiance is also very nice and professional. Those are the positvies, here is the negative... The price you will pay for the food you receive is a joke in my opinion. I can only assume since it is located in the very expensive bvlgari hotel that they charge these prices. I am not against paying high prices as this is where we chose to dine. However, please let the quality/amount match the price. I honestly dont care how much the price is, please just make it match. If I am going to spend 300 pounds for two people I expect the food to be superb! Thank you

They should employ 2 people more to ensure the service quality/efficiancy. We had to ask for bread twice.....it arrived after our 1st course....we waited over 20min for our drinks. But the quality of the food was excellent

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Food is really really good my favourite was the lobster pasta and the cheese cake, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. I 100% recommend

The setting is amazing- lobster dish phenomenal & customer service really good. However I was disappointed with the oxtail Ragu which I actually specifically came for. It was not good at all and couldn’t finish the day. Regretted not ordering something else

Last minute dinner reservation based on previous reviews. Very nice place, sleek and elegant. though our table was by the service area, so even if we could not see properly behind the screen, we could hear the staff’s conversation and the noise of cutlery being handled without care for noise. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. The food is good but not so whoaw as I would have expected after reading the previous reviews, we’ve had better tasting similar dishes in less pretentious places. Overall a good place to eat, we’ll probably return!

We are here very spontaneously, and it was lovely. The food, atmosphere and wait staff were all excellent. Definitely I spot to visit.
