Hello David Sorry about you didn’t get your discount if you told us in the same time of course we will applied the discount for your bill because actually not all our reservations through the fork and we didn’t know if the customer didn’t remind us. Anyway just reminding me on the next visit and you will get the old and new discount. Thanks

9/10The food was absolutely superb, and reasonably priced, and service was great. It was a little quiet in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, perhaps they could do a Sunday menu to drive up trade then?

10/10My friend and I had a lovely lunch at Shaam today. The service was superb, the food was absolutely delicious, the ambience of the restaurant was perfect. The choice of food on the menu was fantastic, such a variety of choices it was difficult to decide what to have! We'll definitely go back for future visits, and recommend Shaam to our family and friends.

10/10Clearly one of the very best restaurants in Greater Manchester, Shaam is a credit to the rich gastronomic culture of the Middle East. The obviously fresh ingredients and home baked bread add to the authentic flavours and the excellent service is what you’d expect from such a hospitable people

5/10Staff were friendly but constantly left waiting and had to ask multiple times for either Bill or menu. The place was busy, so could have been time of year but a service charge was automatically added when only a party of two and awful service. Desserts were great but the value of mains were lacking. Overall selection was good but ordered two lamb dishes and was a solid 5/10.

6.5/10Nice atmosphere. The service was good at first, but then we were presented with our bill and hurried for payment without being offered any desserts or coffees,, despite them not requiring our table back, and we were not by any means the only people left. We took desserts home. Food was ok, but expensive for what it was. Somewhere we wouldn’t choose to visit again unfortunately.

Hello Helen Thank you to spent time to review us which it’s important for us. About your experience which the staff gave you the bill without asking you for dessert or coffee that’s only happening when the time around 11pm because of our license time. Otherwise we all the time we ready to take orders for food or dessert or coffee and just ask any waitress. Your booking was at 8:00 and we gave you the bill around 11:00 pm i think 3 hours it’s more than enough to enjoy with your food and the drinks which we didn’t apply any corkage on it. We are more than happy to see again and we can promise you will get everything serving to you . Many thanks

10/10Had a great night at this restaurant. Food was fabulous and the staff were helpful with choices (as there was a lot of choice) liked the fact that we could bring our own booze. Felt that in this current financial climate it was possible to have a meal out on a weekday night because of the discount. I have been here before and have loved every visit. Thank you

9.5/10First visit. Three out of 4 of us thought the food was excellent. One hated his meal (lamb). Good service, friendly & helpful waiters. Nice atmosphere. Despite being extremely busy there was no pressure to vacate the table & we enjoyed a great evening. Discovering we were able to bring our own alcohol was a big bonus. Can definitely recommend.

10/10Great food and fantastic value too because we could bring our drinks (bought from Sainsbury directly opposite) We recommend Sujok (spicy sausage) and prawn starter, with side serving of babghaoush, with mains of Shish kebab and Spicy lamb chops. Atmosphere and service really good.
