Detrás de este nombre un poco loco se esconde la ilusión de toda la vida de Juan Sánchez Encinas, Natalia Sánchez y Sergio Señor, por tener un restaurante propio. Estos tres socios y amigos (Juan cocina, Natalia dirige la sala y Sergio es el hombre que gestiona el negocio) plantean su establecimiento como un lugar donde pueda disfrutar todo el mundo, de modo que permiten que se pueda comer lo mismo en cualquiera de las dos zonas diferenciadas del local: en la barra y las mesas altas, y en la sala propiamente dicha, algo más íntima y cálida. No es un establecimiento grande, pero ha sido decorado con gusto y coquetería.
Son recetas tradicionales que siempre contienen un guiño viajado, un toque cosmopolita que le dan un nuevo aire y le aportan una mirada más fresca. Cocina de mercado de fusión que se materializa en creaciones como las manitas de cerdo con salsa brava japonesa, el ajoblanco de coco con sardina ahumada y licuado de rúcula, las croquetas de pringá, los rollitos de rabo de toro con cremoso de apionabo, el tataki de salmón fresco con alga wakame, cremoso de puerros y aire de limón…

Muy rico todo.
great food, nice service, we took the 5 plate tasting menu for 35€ and we were very happy with our choice, the portions are not very big but it's ok. the 30% discount is not applied to this menu, so we didn't took advantage of it

Great author's food! please chose the chef's menu and appreciate an extraordinary journey of flavour! the service is very good: we couldnt finish all the plates, so we brougth the last one home, nicely packed: a great detail.
I was pleasantly surprised by the nice service and the first 3 dishes we tried. Unfortunately the squid was chewy and unpleasant to eat, we tried a few bites but found it impossible to swallow. The waitress noticed and took away the plates, but we were still charged fully. In the end I have to say I am quite disappointed with how they dealt with the situation. I'll really need to take my time and consider if going back is still worth it.

Wonderful experience. Great food and atmosphere. We took the six course tasting menu. Absolutely great value. Relaxed and friendly service, yet quick and on point. Will return next time I'm in Madrid.
