7/10Nice food. Generally expensive but we had great value as we used a Fork voucher. Not everything we ordered arrived. Service a bit haphazard.

5.5/10We won't be returning, or recommending. Service was confusing, the ambience was loud, chaotic and not pleasant, and the food was passable - definitely not a fine-dining experience, and extremely over-priced if paying full price (we went because there was a discount).

5/10The restaurant looked beautiful. The waiters didn’t even understand basic instructions, the food was not great. Very basic. Sweet and sour prawns tasted like ginger way too much. Black bean scallops were not black bean, asked for egg friend rice without carrots & they thought it with carrots, then said I don’t want it anymore as my other food was finished, they still brought it out, the coke came without ice, the beef short rib tasted fatty. Wasn’t great so disappointed as I thought it would be a lot better. I

10/10A fantastic meal at Shanghai Noir. I loved the ambience and the service from Abishek and Kamal was excellent. We had the chicken and sweet corn hot and sour soup, spring rolls, crispy duck pancakes and papaya salad. Desert was the signature panacotta and coconut desert - all dishes were delicious.

7/10While the food was good, some dishes better than others, the service was really haphazard. With four people drinking wine the bottle was emptied into 3 glasses, leaving the other person without wine and three people with huge glasses. The same happened with water. The attempt by the staff to get through the wine to force diners to order another bottle was not appreciated.

7.5/10+2I've noticed the prices have risen since my last visit. The menu selection was the same, with some of the prices increasing between 10 to 15% The food was at the same standard

10/10The service and the quality of the food were exceptional. We also went on our anniversary and they were super kind and gave us a free dessert. Lovely restaurant! If you can, please take the time to go eat there.
